I honestly would have given them 5 stars, but they have some pros and cons. The pro is that their staff is really nice and friendly the shipping process is also quick, the con is that in the shipment facts it’s says ship date February 1,2023 and deliver date February 2,2023. When I had called in and asked they said that was not right and the plane will leaves on the second of February, then when I called on February 2nd due to the fact that the tracking was still not updated they said it will leave the wear house on the 3 of February tracking will be updated today is the 4 of February and it just left the wear house, they need to be honest about the dates and be accurate. Other than that I have no other issue just hope these gifts get to Pakistan on time.

A very quick and efficient service. It was my first time sending a package to Pakistan and I was pretty nervous. But they delivered my package very quickly and hassle free to my home in Pakistan. They are very reliable and have great customer service. The people working there are very helpful in answering any questions or concerns you have. Will definitely use them again!

I have used this amazing service twice. Amazing customer service. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very friendly and super helpful. Took the time to help us send parcels to Pakistan with ease and comfort. They give you tracking number and you are informed via email constantly where you package is or use the tracking number and you can see for yourself. Local delivery service brings your parcel to your door. Highly highly recommend this service for all your shipping and cargo needs. Don’t go with anyone else, Royal cargo service is the BEST!!!!!!

These guys are fraud and looting the people in the name of Cargo. Customers should compare the price of fruits from market place and other desi shops as well.

Really poor experience. The courier service they used lost my TV. Since they are the shipper, they are responsible to follow-up with the courier and get me reimbursed. No follow-up, no effort, no response. It has been more than a year and a half without resolution
