The technician showed up on time, was careful to pull out the fridge without damaging hardwood floor, and was able to diagnose my fridge problem. However, due to the expensive price of the part I decided I could live without my ice maker.

We were pleased with the service provided by the technician who visited our home. However, we are quite disappointed with the company's policy.We fully understand that there is a Call Out fee of $139.00, which can be applied towards the total quoted price if we choose to proceed with the repair. Additionally, if we accept the Flat Rate quote, which covers parts, call out, warranties (if applicable), returns, pick-ups, and administration, the company will waive the Primary Call Out and Diagnosis time charges.We are willing to pay for the labor and parts, even if it ends up being more expensive than purchasing a new microwave (if we are given the option to do repair).However, what we are dissatisfied with is the fact that when we made the appointment, we provided the model number and explained the issue with the microwave. We had expected that an initial assessment would be conducted to check if the required parts were available. Instead, the technician arrived, we informed him of the problem, and then he checked with the company regarding part availability. Within minutes, we were informed that no parts were available and that purchasing a new microwave was our only option. We were not given the opportunity to decide whether we wanted to proceed with the repair.In conclusion, I think it's unfair, according to company policy, the technician simply came to listen to what's wrong with the microwave, then inform us that there were no parts and now we are being charged the Call Out fee regardless with no possibility of getting it repaired at all.

Trent’s team was amazing! They were on time, figured out the problem. Had the part ordered and we’re back a week later with the new part. Oven fixed and working better than ever! Highly recommend them!

It took three tries to get our washing machine fixed.The door gasket that I provided was the wrong size.The next try was with the right part but the tech didn't test it before leaving and it leaked the next day when we tried to use it.Third time everything worked.I believe the booking windows are too wide - the technician arrived an hour later than the window the first time, and after figuring how this worked, I asked how many appointments were ahead of me to gauge the wait time better.

We called for an appointment late Friday and they came out Monday morning. The repairman was polite and discussed our options for future issues and offered costs if we needed a new motor.

A good experience overall. The technician that came to the house was professional and did quality work. He had the repairs done in short order and even did a tune up on the appliance that we were not expecting.
