My truck decided to quit on me the other day, Got it towed to Dollar they where fast! Got the work done same day and back on the road, Price was great and my truck runs so much better than it has ever before thank you guys keep up the great work !

I have taken my truck to Dollar Auto for repair several times and always have had great service and price. Nice to know Shane will keep my old truck up and running.

Bought my jeep in September of 2017...August 2017 Dollar replaced all the rear suspension, calipers and more. March 2018 had to replace my brand new back tires because they were worn completely down on the inside. 1 month later....my BRAND NEW tires are AGAIN worn completely down in the back. Took my invoices to Dollar of the original work that was done and they could have cared less. Now it is in a shop in Terrace and I'm looking at a $1500 bill to fix everything they replaced. Not happy.

Truck went in and had complete brake replacement done, 3600$ and my park brake doesn't work afterwards, it worked before the brake replacement. Huge mark up on parts and I had to spend an hour cleaning the drivers seat area because they don't bother to protect your nice vehicle from thier dirty coveralls and boots. On top of this to add extra insult to the whole ordeal they left the cap off my brake fluid reservoir, thankfully it was still in the engine bay. UNACCEPTABLE!!! So now I have to bring my truck to another mechanic that can get my park brake working. NEVER USING THIS PLACE AGAIN.

My strut broke on my van. Called Dollar automotive on Monday and it was fixed by Friday. That is fast service. Thanks Shane

We had got them to repair the brakes on our 1993 GMC 2500 because our brake pedal was going to the floor. We where told our wheel cylinder needed replacing, and the rear shoes because they were covered in brake fluid. All sound and dandy with a $300 bill (which is fine) until when we left the shop and got a few blocks away our brakes where on the floor again and could almost not stop. Sent the truck back to the shop again for a re-bleed to get air out of the brake lines. Once again, on the way home we lost our brakes. We took our truck to another shop and we where told we had a broken brake line, which was the ORIGINAL problem in the first place. We had this shop repair it and the truck has been fine ever since. We went back to dollar and the owner told us that brake lines just break" and that it is now his problem. I dont understand... We got him to to a job that never got done

I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and part change. Months passed without a vehicle at which point I was returned a vehicle with a completely ceased engine and transmission, while being charged for labour, part changes, etc. on what is now a scrapyard vehicle. Abysmal costumer service, untrustworthy and highly recommend staying away from this business no matter what.

Great bunch of guys at Dollar Automotive. Timely and friendly service, reasonable rates and top notch work. I definitely recommend them if you need mechanical repairs.
