Remi Patisserie

We ordered two Christmas logs for our holiday party and order and pickup was super easy!We got the matcha c and the passion mango. I preferred the passion mango more due to the mango filling.At $34 a log, these are quite pricey … very aesthetic, great texture and taste but much smaller than we had expected.

None of this worked for us. I don’t even know what the white thing is but is tasteless and rubber like, was inside an “eclair”. Really awful, it would not dissolve to go down the sink. The cupcake is just tasteless crumbly biscuit, not at ALL like a financier, soft and spongy. Both cheese/flan cakes were not good.

Love Remi Patisserie, I always get great service and delish pastries, their mochi is so supple and fluffy, my favorite is the mango. Love the mango sago cake,the strawberry shortcake and for Mother’s Day they make one of the best st honore cakes I have ever had. I like that their cake rolls aren’t super sweet but still full of flavor.

Seriously good pastries here! Heavenly flan and tasty financier! First time to see a financier in phyllo wrapping but it worked well to hold the content.Mochi was a little too creamy and heavy for me but the sesame one had perfect ratio of mochi, cream, and sesame paste.

This is a long pending review. My husband and I absolutely love Remi Patisserie! The desserts are amazing. We’ve tried the chocolate financier, mango mochi, strawberry matcha mochi, black sesame mochi, cloud cake, matcha mochi eclair, the melon mochi (when it was available) and the Apple sable so far and everything has been excellent. And on our latest visit Remi gave us a canele to taste, which was fab too! Highly recommend this place! Just wish they had a small seating area. We usually sit in the car and eat our desserts because we can’t wait!

Mochis are really good and there are always new and interesting flavour combinations!

Wow! So my friend bought us some dessert. I didn't know what to expect from it, but I think my mind exploded by how good it was! The green tea eclair was unbelievable. There's mochi in between and everything just melted so nicely! It was so good that I wanted to drive there and buy some more! Right away! I went on the website and I saw the desserts are very unique it's a mixture of French and Asian. With that in mind, please note that mochi is a Asian dessert that is chewy. Absolutely delicious and I think I will definitely come back for more!

The roll cakes have always been delicious since it’s opening (amongst its other products). The sponge is soft, and the cream is not too sweet. What really inspired me to give them 5 stars, however, is the amazing service I received. I went to buy a friend a cake for her birthday. I asked for candle, which some places don’t have, and received a really cute candle with sparkles. Then someone off to the side heard me ask for a candle and asked if it was for a birthday. I said yes and he offered to write a sign for me on the spot on their little chocolate placards! I was so surprised. Usually, if you don’t order ahead of time, you don’t get any customization. He even asked for the name of the person whose birthday it is, had me write it down on a sticky pad, and proceeded to write it on the chocolate. I was so happy to have a cake with “Happy Birthday” and my friend’s name on it, even though it was a last minute purchase.

I am very disappointed with this bakery. I ordered a birthday cake from Remi based on hype, but it did not live up to expectations. The price was way too high compared to other bakeries like St Germain, Annas, Buttermere, and Chez Christoph, which offer similar or better quality products and services.Mainly, the cake just didn’t taste good or memorable. I would have understood if the cake had actually tasted good or looked unique, but unfortunately, it lacked both in these departments.I suggest skipping this place - I do not recommend it.
