I went to Umrah with Al-Muyassar Dec 2021 and had such an incredible experience. The group took care of all logistics, visa's, PCR tests, 5-star hotels, Ziyara's and so much more. Communication with them was fantastic, super quick and responsive and they went above and beyond to take care of your needs. I had such an incredible time there, I met some amazing people and would highly recommend Al-Muyassar for anyone looking to go for Umrah. I will definitely use Al-Muyassar for my future Umrah needs, may Allah swt invite us back every year. Ameen. Thank you to the Al-Muyassar team for a memorable trip and experience.

We paid $5000 deposit for Hajj 2020. Hajj was cancelled that year due to Covid. They kept promising us a refund. It’s been more than 2 years since they took our money and no refund has been given. We keep calling and nobody picks up the phone. Why is it taking 2.5 years to give us a refund? This agency is a complete scam. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I have been wanting to go to Hajj since 2020. I have been trying to call for a refund, and no response. This is extremely frustrating as the money that has been tied up with this company is extremely important to me. The refund is very important for my family and I need help with anyone that has information on how we can get our money back.

Went for Umrah in March 2021. Process was smooth, no issues for payments or any pressure to pay all upfront. Only problem was one of our family members had Indian passport and it took forever to get a visa - which is not really in their control by the way. Overall the group leader took care of us and they were considerate enough to get us meals even when it's not included in the package. I would use this group again.

Just checked their profile Online, they are not TICO Registered Hajj & Omrah Travel Agents ,no insurance for travelers, be careful, Stay Away from these Goofy Hajj & Omrah Travel Agents, Always book with TICO Registered & insured Agents, Goofy agents does not display their office Addressess on their websites, to Confuse Clents, thats what your website shows, and also Goofy travel Agents Select Provicnces Like Albert & other to Register To Avoid TICO,

Like some of the others posting on Google and Facebook, this company unfortunately appears to be ghosting all those asking for their Hajj deposits to be refunded. I am in the same boat and have had no luck getting responses to phone calls or emails. While I understand the unfortunate circumstances of the Saudi government cutting out travel agents for Hajj, complete silence from this company is also not acceptable.I would urge all in this situation to either contact the Travel Industry Council (TICO) of Ontario or Alberta Government Services to file a complaint and / or open an investigation. I read somewhere that Al-Muyassar may be registered in Alberta, so please try both avenues. I will post an update once I have contacted them.

at their facebook page it shows they have address in ottawa,Ontario under uhaul storage building..looks like Crooks Travel agent, According to TICO they must register if they are in ontario.stay away from these crooks.

I paid deposit in 2020 ,till now,after choosing to cancel the Hajj, didn't get any refund although the company promised to refund me the money by the third week of August. No one answers phone calls or reply to emails.Bad experience with this company.Very disappointing!
