Heather was our real estate agent on the sale of our first house and the purchase of our new one. I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. We toured dozens of houses for months with Heather before finding the perfect one. Not once did we feel pressured into making a decision. It was really important to Heather that we found exactly what we were looking for. Heather is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Toronto, is a tough negotiator and knows the best strategy to employ when negotiating the sale. When it came to selling our house, Heather’s team did everything possible to get us the top dollar for our house from finishing our basement to hiring a professional stager and getting our house professionally photographed. Our house looked like a house in a magazine. It sold in a couple of days at a price we were thrilled with. We loved working with Heather and would highly recommend her! Heather and her team are a cut above the rest. We recently called her looking for help with selling our house. We didn't want to be overwhelmed by the process of getting a large house market-ready and were hoping to work with someone that could help streamline the process.
