Terrible place. Regret ever getting a contract at the kiosk. The service is terrible. They're all either super muscular guys or pretty girls but in both situation they're complete idiots. If you really want to get virgin mobile head to the best buy kiosk down the hall. It's what I did when I had to renew my contract because they wanted a 100$cancelation fee. Don't come here because you WILL have a terrible experience. If I could give negative ratings I would.

Worst customer servicei got 2 line with agent Hugo M he gived me false promises That you have 100$ Instore purchases and that with this credit he will cover the 35$ service fee.He was extremely disrespectful and thats not how you treat a clients. By saying here my card ahahah i dont have one , ah i cant do anything do you want my car keys to ?What type of salesman talk to a client like this.very unprofessional and disrespectful salesmanThank to agent melanie that fix our problem if not i would have canceled my line even for a cost of 300$ because being truthful and respectful is the most important thing.

After a long and trying day at another location trying to fix my phone problem, I decided to try one last place before swearing off Virgin forever. I met Niko who was so helpful and pleasant and was able to help me in minutes. Please send him to train the staff at Place Vertu!

This kiosk is horrible. Ive been with Virgin for 2 years and was looking for a new phone as well as a good contract so I was looking around from kiosk to kiosk from different companies. I come to them and they show me their deals but I asked the sales guy if there were any offers he couls give me extra since im a “loyal member” but he just said no and didnt even consider doing a trade for my old iphone which is in perfect condition. Too bad for virgin because this is exactly how they lose their customers. Never going back.

Poor customer service. I got to the Virgin booth and one of the reps was on their phone, while both I and another customer waited to be served. After waiting a few minutes, the representative did not address my issue and simply seem uninterested by my situation. Don’t waste your time, call Virgin directly instead!

For those thinking of changing services to Virgin Plus, some things to consider (This is for Virgin Plus Canada Services, not necessarily for kiosks or stores)....So, after taking a deep breath and trying VERY hard to be patient with Virgin Plus, I am pulling the plug for the home phone, and depending on future headaches, possibly the internet and TV.It has now been over 4 months since transferring Home Phone, Internet and T.V. from my previous provider to Virgin Plus and while it is a lot cheaper, I can not say that the change was a good move.I will start with the good" about Virgin Plus...-Internet works as well as my previous provider and speeds are good.-T.V. seems to have a MUCH BETTER image quality than my previous provider.-TV base package has a great channel lineup.-The price is EXCELLENT.. you will save $$$ compared to many other packages.Sadly..that is it....now comes the "Bad" and the "Ugly"...The "Bad"...-The Home Phone uses a box that uses a cellular network. I have NEVER had full green bars no matter where I placed it...even outside of the house. And making calls

My cell phone's (samsung galaxy s4) battery was dying to fast. I went to get it fixed, they gave me a really bad HTC used phone. when i inserted my sd card, it damedged the card and i lost over 35G of data, pictures, music.

Upgraded my phone over the phone and recieved by mail. Had no idea hownto set ot up so headed here. The service was excellent. Patient with all my questions. They transfered all the data from my old phone to the new one ao there was nothing i had ro do but learn the new phone. Thanks VM

Billing amount is different every time. I have not seen such a mess in any provider's customer service like Virgin. They are officially steal money from your credit card, every time with a new excuse. Stay away from them and do not get fooled with their promotions. they just want you to get in and get access to your credit card info.
