BROOKS TOWING

I locked my keys in my truck while unloading groceries at walmart, with my 4month old inside on a cold winter day! Marsha at Brooks Collision referred Brooks Towing. Paul came within 10 minutes! It was fast friendly service! Definitely will refer and will use them in the future if need be.

Bill was fantastic. He came out on Christmas morning when I hit a coyote and the radiator was busted. I was coming from about five hours north down to visit family for Christmas, and was sure I'd be stranded in the middle of the highway for at least the rest of the day. Even my insurance company told me to figure it out myself. Bill came within an hour (as I was about 40 minutes north of Brooks) and took me to Brooks. He was even kind enough to drop me off at a McDonald's so I could stay warm while I waited for my ride to pick me up. I would use this company a hundred times over just based on the prompt and friendly service. Especially considering everyone wants to be home for Christmas. 10/10

What a great experience for locking your keys in your car. I called Brooks Towing and they were very quick to arrive, super friendly and non judgmental (for how silly I felt) and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

Great company who helped us out in a pinch. We were getting ice cream at the 3 & 93 Dairy Bar and locked ourselves out of our car. They happened to be their getting ice cream at the same time we were there. It only took a few moments and with a set of tools we were back in our car and able to get our keys. We appreciate the help and are very grateful to know there is an awesome friendly towing company to help people out.

Hit the ditch in a blizzard. Had to spend my night in the car. There was a road closure that night and into next day. Brooks towing made the time in the midst of pulling out semis to look after the little guy. They didn't look to scalp me. Because they were coming out anyways they only charged a modest rate to pull me out of ditch.Driver (Jason) was a stand up professional. Came up with a fast safe gameplan to get me out. Very careful with my little Honda civic. No shortcuts, excellent execution. Online receipt, no shady business! His estimate on phone was exactly what he charged me when work complete.Had to wait a while longer than I hoped but there truly were cars and semis everywhere from Suffield to Medicine Hat in ditch.

After locking my keys in the car, I contacted Brooks Towing to help retrieve my keys. The gentleman (and I say this with all sincerity) was more than hospitable, professional, courteous, quick and efficient! I would highly recommend using their services to anyone in need of a tow or in my case locking themselves out of their vehicle.A massive thank you to my knight in shining armour"!!!!P.S. and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!"

There truly is honest and good people out there!Would absolutely recommend Brooks Towing to everyone.While on our road trip from Calgary back to Winnipeg, my sister and I ended up with a flat tire as we approached Brooks, Alberta.My sister Debbie has CAA. She made the call and was told 1 hour.Within minutes a Brooks Tow Truck pulled up behind us. He kindly put on our spare tire and told us that they had tires for sale as our tire was not only flat but had no tread, it was toast. Upon looking at the other rear tire it also was in bad shape.We were instructed to follow behind and he took us to the yard. So impressed with Bill from Bill s Towing . Decided to take a drive to Lake Newel south of Brooks after work to take a walk . I am a PCP with Brooks Ems. Upon arriving in the main parking lot of Kin Brook Island I noticed a family frantically trying to get into a car accross the parking lot . These new Canadian s were working very hard to open a locked car with the keys inside. I decided to go over to see if I could help . Upon arriving next to them I realized the urgency of the problem. There was a crying baby locked inside the car and the mother was very distressed. I called Shawn Bryant a friend and asked if he could help . He stated that Bill from Bill s Towing lived out at the lake and he would be faster. So I called and Bill was on scene in about 5 mins . Bill quickly got the locked S U V open and reunited baby with mom . This family was so grateful as baby and mom were together again . I offered to compensate Bill for his time but he would have no part in that . A baby reunited with mom again was all he needed . In Ems we Paramedic s are sometimes called Hero s but I would like to say today that Bill you are my Hero because you cared so much . Don from Brooks Ems.

Super service. Very professional extremely friendly. Paul came and rescued the keys from my car in near moments while at -25. Short wait time and and honest pleasure to have someone like that help in a moment of need.
