During the Covid -19 crisis, I asked consumer protection to freeze or credit my licence costs for the year as it had been over a month since I have been able to work with no end in sight. They had a meeting and informed me this was not an option. I find it disturbing that this well organization? business? I honestly don't know there role or involvment besides leaching $$$$ seems completely useless. Does Anyone know who's above this organization or how this came to be? is this just another tax on the working man?
