I had a great experience. Product is amazing and the service was exemplary. Between the online chat customer service and the on site personnel I was fully satisfied as a customer. I can't understand the negative service complaints on here. People are just needy I suppose. If anyone needs a juicer I highly recommend going here first.

I purchased a Champion juicer from this business, many years ago and recently. I have always felt their service was excellent as well as their prices. I highly recommend them. I had an issue with a new juicer just purchased and Henry, on the spot replaced the part creating the problem and I was on my way!

Very bad and unprofessional service. They dont even have the proper information about the products they are selling. They would sell childrens product for adult n so on. I highly recommed checking the information on the product than relying on the store person.The best is not to go to this store!

If you are a herbalist this will probably have what you need. If they don’t, they will order any herb etc. for you!

Horrible and brutal customer service.Be advised; do not purchase a juicer here. Worst experience.I bought a $700 Omega juicer for my mom as a birthday gift. We were extremely disappointed to find out it doesn't produce even half the amount of juice that her older/cheaper Breville juicer does. The Omega juicer just mushed the vegetables–that's if you can even get anything to feed through the grinder.So having brought the product back within a 30 day period (only tried it once, put it all back into original packaging) ...the business owners response, We only give 30% refund on used product."Are you kidding me? That was some awfully expensive garbage I bought.I will never purchase here again

We drove in, through horrible traffic, from OUT OF TOWN to arrive 50min before they supposedly close. The doors were locked and the sign was closed when we arrived. No notice as to why they closed an hour early, terrible customer service.. Looks like we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I purchased an Angel 5500 juicer from here in early 2022.They made me pay full price for the juicer ($2000+) and shipped me a used juicer, probably the floor model.It had fingerprints all over it, everything was thrown in a box together, rubber rings on the machine had rips in it, and they even forgot to include the power cable, so I couldn’t use the juicer until they shipped it out.I called them and the older lady played dumb, telling me it’s a brand new unit and can’t possibly be used. I spoke with someone else who agreed to refund me $200 and send me new plastic rings and a power cable.In hindsight, I should have just returned it and not given money to this inconsiderate business. Too bad they’re one of the only Angel supplier in Canada.Buy from somewhere else if you can.

Not only may this store have the greatest variety of juicers in Toronto, but we had a GREAT experience dealing with the staff. Not only did we get an Angel juicer last fall for our office and get very helpful service, but Norm, one of the owners, spoke to us several times last week to help us out with our old Omega juicer that we are donating to someone, and helped me try to get parts for another juicer that we didn't buy there! He never got tired of all our questions even though he wasn't getting anything out of it! Other than the satisfaction of helping someone. He offered the best customer service I've ever seen in any store. Thank you so much Norm. Stay safe and have a great rest of your summer!
