Two issues , Did a mobile order for two subs, one had tomato which the person for that sub is allergic too and had to use there epipen due to this, Called the store and the kids that work there did nothing, said the store manager will call, When i was there i also got 4 - 25$ gift cards found out later one of which was not loaded so called again and yet again was told the manager would cvall......no call when to the store to deal with gift card and was told to call head office but there didn't have a number!!! they gave me a number that didn't work then gave me a number to the TTC! WHAT A FAIL SUBWAY!

Used to be a regular at this location, but past few months noticed the bread has a funny taste and smell. Can’t quite pinpoint it but something seems off. Stopped eating here.

Went in for a sub last night after a bad day. The guy working asked how my day was, and I laughed and said terrible. Long story short, as I was paying he disappeared to the back and came back with a warmed up cookie for me :). Literally brought tears to my eyes, thank you for your kindness.

This is one of the subways with the new look.Not sure if it has just opened recently but it was very clean.Food was very fresh including toppings.It was busy and they had 3 ladies working that were supper fast, friendly and organized.Was not like some other subways which are cheap on toppings.They have some new subs added recently and added fresh toppings like their cheeses.

Use to love coming to this location, its close to my house, usually not too busy so it's fast. But the last few times I've been there, the staff have been rude and seem to not care that you're there. They speak in their own language to the other employees, and when you're trying to tell how you would like your sub made, they too busy talking to each other and end up messing up the sub.Well not not be going back.

I purchased 2 foot-long subs at this location and when I got home my wife and I noticed a foul smell and taste coming from the subs. We opened them up and found that the lettuce in both subs was giving off pesticide-like smells, and the taste was incredibly bitter/offputting. My wife is pregnant so we couldn't take the chance at trying to remove the lettuce and eating around it, so we decided to try and get a refund. I call the store and the worker that answered sounded sympathetic, he told me they would need to call me back about the refund but that they were going to throw out the bad lettuce. Some time passed and I no one called, so I decided to drive to the location instead (I live nearby so it wasn't a long trip). When I arrived, I saw that they did NOT change the lettuce. I asked the worker if we can talk about the refund, and after calling his manager the worker told me that they couldn't refund me because the lettuce is from a supplier
