By far the best customer service ever. I called to make a booking for 1h. Unfortunately, the only few spots left were for 30min, so we agreed that I will book the first session and come back 30min later for my second one. 2 days prior to my booking, I received a call from Carina, telling me that she managed to switch bookings by calling the other customer and asking if she didn’t mind to do the switch with me so I can have 1h treatment and not have to split and wait 30min. I mean how thoughtful is that ? Thank you so much Carina for your amazing professionalism and great customer service. Also, I want to thank the kind customer that has accepted to switch with me

Yves Rocher has excellent skin products, shampoos, cosmetics. If you join their points card program they will send you a card in the mail every month with excellent discounts. If you purchase a product you will gain points and get free merchandise. I was served by Carima. She gave me excellent customer service, and she knows the products very will. They will give you a free present on your birthday if you buy something. You will get this invitation in the mail. They are always coming out with new products.
