I was looking at the rack of shirts marked $9.99 and above and found many shirts with a tag of over $45. I asked a clerk if this was correct, and she said yes.

It's got incredible management with kind & dedicated staff (atm). Every section contains casual & fitness wear (excluding babies & toddlers). A great place to shop for out of season styles as major discounts circulate seasonally. Ex. shopping for summer clothes in winter.

The prices seem high for non-logo merchandise (even on sale).I have trouble finding smaller sizes in the women's department. It seems best to order online to get what you want.

Old Navy has recently not only increased pricing for their clothing which sometimes is still cheap quality.They have the worst online purchasing experience when it comes to exchanges.I can return to store but cannot exchange any items from my purchase with an in store item.I cannot go in store try on the size I would want to exchange and then exchange it. Instead I would have to go in store or mail in the return then call them to have them ship the new sizes and see if those fit me too.The process is ridiculous and I think Old Navy needs to re-think the process and who was in charge of this rule that makes it quite difficult for people to exchange clothing when it is a simple process.Beyond disappointed with Old Navy.
