Very poor customer service/management at Phocus!Claudia(?), a Call Center Manager, was supposed to be helping me with a warranty issue for Sensio/Bella, as the Call Center staff had been...let's be very generous and call it 'less than efficient' the last 4 times I had to follow up. Haven't heard back after sending more pics and videos as instructed. Almost seems Claudia and the people at this company will do anything to avoid making good on their warranty.
