Can’t say thanks enough for the help and direction I received from Bob and Rob. Late Friday afternoon I was in a jam, they stayed after hours to get me the part I thought I needed, and helped me figure out I needed a new motor which they had in stock. The service I was given is second to none.

Had a great experience with this company. They are knowledgeable, friendly and believe it or not really 24/7. Met at their shop on a Saturday evening two days before News Years Eve to pick up a new motor for a customer of mine who’s business would have been closed for over 48 hours had they not lived up to their word “24/7”and all during what most would call a snow storm or at least crazy weather I was meet with a smiling face and normal Monday to Friday pricing!

The staff are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help with any problem, big or small. I never have to wait long to hear back from the warehouse, and the parts I need are usually readily available. If not they have them brought in within a day or two. These guys take the headache out of dealing with downed equipment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
