Very disappointed with this experience. Car rental for a business trip in Lloydminister. Representative falsely informed me my card would not be accepted (WestJet Credit Card) because it's a debit\credit card. Surprised by this as I never had a problem before, I called CC and confirmed it is not. Went back to booth (10 min later) and the rep left the site leaving me without a car in a new town. Don't normally write bad reviews, but was compelled by this incident.Business customers beware. Hertz and Enterprise are now getting my companies business.
