Terrible company. Flop employees, they ruin your home and use a legal excuse as to why they are not liable. Get a lawyer before hiring these guys. Nothing but a headache they demolished a property and left hazardous debris from drainage pipes behind! I had to call the fire dept!

Hired this company thinking they were reputable and professionals, they took their time ended up delaying my project by almost 3 weeks with no remorse. Then to makes things right" they sent out a crew and told them to "clean up the yard" they removed and destroyed my very new fire pit and a family heirloom that was over 200 years old. When I asked about it they were unapologetic and never righted the wrong. Would not recommend."

Court decided in public's favour, but only after long legal battle.Strong safety concerns on a prominent site managed by Maritime Demolition. This issue went on for years until finally went to court. Decision ultimately ruled against the owner of Maritime Demolition. May have no effect on your job, but remember you have options if you are not willing to take risks.
