If you have a very straightforward job on a basic vehicle (old Toyota Corolla, or a Ford Escape) AND you don't mind a little damage showing up on the car after they're done... then use Pacific Auto Trim.Here's the most recent email I sent them (my 8th attempt and still unanswered). Take 3 mins to read it... then decide if you want to leave your car with them.In early February I was referred to Pacific Auto Trim by MCL for a windshield replacement. At this time I confirmed with MCL that they indeed had the windshield in stock.The referral was useful given that the car also needs a new headliner as well. 1 place.. 2 repairs... I thought it would be efficient. I was very wrong..I have called your company a total of 7 times trying to get somebody to update me on the ETA of the windshield and the associated rubber gasket and stainless trim insert (all approved by ICBC). Every time I called, the individual on the call seemed to have no understanding of the claim. I explained clearly what was needed and I was told I would get a call back.Well... 6 calls and no call-back happened. 1 to the elderly receptionist who works at the front desk, 4 to an unknown male, and 1 to the person in-charge of glass claims.Finally after the 7th call I got a call back from the glass person. The thing is this... when I spoke to him, it was as though he had no recollection of the call we had only days before. Then, he claimed that he had found the ICBC claim under a pile of old claims and thought it a good idea to call me back... I was stunned. WORSE, It appears MCL no longer has the windshield in stock.The fact that multiple people knew the windshield was there, were asked by me on 7 occasions to collect the windshield AND did nothing is simply mind-blowing.Enormous time, effort and money has been spent to ensure the car is ready for the all British Field Meet in May... the issues caused by Pacific Auto Trim have put some doubt as to whether this will happen or not.What I'm looking for:Source a windshield asap and use an expedited shipping service to get delivered to your location.Ensure you have sourced and received the windshield gasket and stainless trim (approved within the claim)Book with me, the installation date for the above along with the headliner (you have in stock)A phone call to me today to acknowledge this email and to confirm you are capable of doing the workFinally... I had a headliner replaced by Pacific Auto Trim a couple years back, while the job was not perfect, and the interior of the car was damaged by the tech...I came back giving you the benefit of the doubt. Please let's get this job done in a manner that supports all the good reviews on your website and google.NO PHONE CALL... NO EMAIL NOTHING AT ALL. Beware of these guys....Finally... I was able to source a new windshield straight from Jaguar. It took 15 mins.

I guess after years of Rain-X applications, my wipers were stuttering/jumping for the last six months. I tried various wiper blades and cleaning products but I still couldn’t get the issue fixed. From Krysta’s initial analysis and Jason’s in person analysis, we determined that a new windshield would be better than polishing it. The consultation, options and professionalism was everything you’d wish and hope for!

We were in Vancouver less than 24 hours, but still received the Vancouver welcome of a smashed side window. We were about to drive home when we discovered the window smashed in the parking garage. We called and they were willing to clean the glass up and cover with plastic to get us home. Thank you for your quick response and getting us back on the road.

I have to give these guys a one star review, not because of the work they did themselves, but that they outsource work to Danny at BC Sunroof, which they did with me because they didn’t have the proper equipment for the job. BC Sunroof was one of the WORST nightmare experiences regarding fixing my car. George at Pacific Trim has a loyalty to the previous owner of BC Sunroof, the father of the current owner Danny. Danny was unnecessarily aggressive, lies, and takes an obscene amount of time to finish the job (didn’t have my car for 3 weeks). Pacific Trim needs to acknowledge that Danny is HotHeaded, is not his father, and needs to stop referring clients to this brutal excuse of a business.

Amazing service! One of the cables for my convertible roof had snapped and I couldn’t operate it and the dealership had told me they can only replace the whole headliner. I brought it here and they managed to fix the cable in an hour or so with factory quality (if not better). George was very nice and explained the problem and also how they fixed it. Could not ask for better service!

George was super helpful and the rest of the staff were very kind. Highly recommend.

Called to have my passenger window replaced after having my vehicle vandalized and the gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and professional and was able to squeeze me in for service on the same day. I had an excellent experience at Pacific Auto Trim and Glass

Had a stone chip repair done and it's almost undetectable. Friendly efficient and was able to get an appointment on the same day I called.

This guy this guy Mr. George OTT is a gift from heaven nobody nobody nobody will try harder and solve the problem with a giving loving heart to go along with it and then barely charge you any money once again this guy is a gift from heaven
