The new decor is nice, the staff are friendly, and the food is okay, but the restaurant was a mess. There were very few customers in the store but every single table was dirty and all of the chairs were pulled out, scattered around.

Refreshed interior is nice but the lack of employees and the training of another made the service a bit slower. The sandwiches were tasty but thrown into the bag causing the sandwich to come apart. The coffee is always good.

We went on a Saturday around lunch and the doors were locked, drive thru only. (I imagine staffing issues, but no signs indicating why). Did the drive thru, kids wanted smoothies and mixed timbits. No smoothies available, and the box of 20 mixed timbits were 10 chocolate, 5old fashioned and 5 glazed sour cream.

Brand New, so the management and the staff not really at best maybe, but the place is new and clean, they close around 9.50 pm and after 7 there are no many choices or food left.

I rarely give reviews but the quality of this location just continues to go down. It seems like every time i go there is a new issue. I get an iced coffee daily and they never taste the same. Sometimes no sugar, sometimes burnt coffee sometimes i get hot coffee with ice!! Todayat 6pm I decided to go inside and get an iced coffee and a donut but....no more iced coffee, no more donuts and 2 options for muffins. This is a coffee and donut shop...that has no coffee or donuts at 6pm?!?!? Something needs to change here.....

It's ok, but they are short staff so service is kinda slow. Can't blame them for that though. Orders are most time accurate and staff is friendly.

Food is good but everytime I come they're always under staff. 1 cashier, 2 at the drive through and one making the food in the back. I they dont have enough people they cant even empty the garbage and im sure the floors havent been swept since morning. It was 6:00 when i came in and it is now 6:18 when I got my order.

Soup was ice cold and they refused to change it they said only refund is available and so rude the staff after waiting 25 mins for broccoli soup and coffee
