I needed to track down an employee, when I did I felt like they wanted to be anywhere but there. I ended up going with my favorite 20$ French wine as she made me feel like I was disturbing her to ask her about a new wine choice. Then when I got to the cash, the line was a constant 8 people deep and even though I heard 2 people in the office, no one came to open another register. Usually the service there is good, guess they had an off day.

Anna was extremely helpful in locating a last minute bottle of Clicquot (need for this evening). Thank you for taking matters into your hands, searching through inventory, finding the bottle (at another close by location) and even making arrangements to hold it for me. Super service.

Good selection, most staff are very nice and happy to cash me out. Understanding I’m young, I was ready to show my ID, the older lady who works cashier seemed to be in a miserable mood or something, talked to me in a rude manner asking for ID like she’s the police of the place.. walking out I heard other customers say the exact same thing. She should take a rain check on how she treats customers or at least put a smile on her face.. some reason she seemed upset that I was young? Not sure what the problem was. For sure not going to her cash lol

Kelly helped me find a wedding wine for a good price. I’m not overly a wine person but she did absolutely amazing to figure out what I wanted and at a good price. Then the line was out of no where long, but everyone immediately went to cash to get the line down and it went so quickly. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at lcbo anywhere.

Great atmosphere and fun for the whole family. You get to see how cottage people and Innisfil people interact and overcome cultural differences. For example, how someone reacts when a jacked up Dodge Ram tries to back into two spots and then backs up over the curb. The staff don't bothered if cottage goers glued to their phones cut in and out of line because, Tristan hasn't effing told me what she wants...'"
