I have had nothing but a positive experience and amazing service from this dental office. All the staff members are cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful. They are willing to work with you if you don't have dental insurance, and are always taking on new clients.Dr. Pfeiffer is extremely friendly, and wants the best for you, not for his pocket. He is honest and upfront about what needs to be done, and gives his best advice on your situation.I would highly recommend this dental office if you are in the market for one.

I was a patient at this office for over 10 years. Cleanings every 90 days, x-rays when required and anything recommend by Dr. Pfeiffer. I had my appointments booked two years in advance. Jan 2020 I no longer had benefits. This was also during the pandemic. Once dental appointments could provided as per Ontario Public Health Mandates and Government of Ontario phases no one contacted me from this office. A lot of my appointments were missed due to the pandemic. After more than a decade of using this office for my dental needs I felt betrayed and abandoned by this office. I was blindsided that I wasn't contacted once about resuming dental care. The office had my email both work and personal and my cell number which has not changed in over 15 years.

I have been going for years and it has been pleasant experience. Few things they could surely improve. One of them is scheduling. I had to sit there for more than 2 hours as kids appointments were not booked back to back. Also, make sure prior to an appointment that you inform the details of the appointment i.e. is it going to be regular appointment or special procedure. This is to make sure no surprises and it is covered under insurance. Thanks
