I recently had the misfortune of working with a Notarium Inc. employee, and I have to admit that it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The representative acted haughtily, condescendingly, and arrogantly. Worse, they doubled the price they quoted me without explaining why. I felt extremely let down and unsatisfied throughout the entire process. I would not recommend doing business with this company, and I will inform others of my negative experience.
