We had nothing but a great experience. We knew it was the RV we were looking for when we first saw it. We are from Durham Region and ended up in Peterborough as Katie was awesome and not pushy like most dealers we were at. Al was so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. He was very involved with the customers.Very friendly people. You won’t be disappointed.

When I go into this camping store for parts and service the staff make me feel welcome. The staff take the time to help you with your camping needs. Paul is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure I have the right parts the first time and its always a pleasure to come shopping at Great Canadian RV Thank you guys awesome job!!

Our experience at Great Canadian RV has been exceptional !They treated us like family every time we were there. Al and Stacey placed zero pressure and we never felt rushed or any buy now tactics.We have been campers prior to our Arctic Wolf purchase but never 5th wheel units. We had a small learning curve which the Great Canadian RV service team were very experienced and helpful walking us through everything hands on that we were rookies to such as hitching up the unit to our truck and all of the leveling system.When in the store they were very honest when asked things they suggest and that we really didn't need.There is no doubt we will be back - Without hesitation recommend purchasing from Great Canadian RV.

We stopped for a break on highway 7 eastbound just outside of Peterborough on Saturday of the long weekend. Our door to our RV would not open. Called Great Canadian Rv late in the afternoon when service was closed. They were able to get me a technician who talked me through opening a stuck door. Can't thank them enough. Awesome friendly service.

Without a doubt, Great Canadian RV is the best in the Kawartha Lakes area! Our customers are always happy with the experience of shopping, purchasing, but also servicing from this company. Thought I would take a few minutes this morning to respond to this bombastic and incorrect response from this dealership.First point: this dealership is an authorized Forest River dealership which can service ANY Forest River product per the warrantly department at Forest River. The E-Pro that we own, and Geo-Pro that they sell, are twins other than the decals on the outside. When I questioned Forest River about not being paid for servicing an E-Pro, he did not understand either and thought maybe they were mis-informed". So much for not being a dealer for this product. I did not call her a liar but questioned several times the validity of what she was claiming because I knew it was not correct. Yes i thought they were an E-Pro dealer but she quickly corrected me

We bought our East West Alta hear 2 years ago and the sales department was very helpful etc, but the service department has been consistently available and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.
