We absolutely loved our experience with Harlow and Dahlia. We worked with Sarah, who was incredible! She helped us find vendors in our budget and was an awesome guide through the planning process. Sarah was organized and she was able to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch, with no stress for us. Sarah was responsive and knowledgeable and we recommend her, as well as the Harlow and Dahlia team, very highly.

Working with Claudia for our wedding was amazing! She has such a keen eye for detail and listens incredibly well. For our wedding, she was our day-of coordinator and she also built us a custom design package.I had such a clear vision of how I wanted our wedding to look, but had no idea how to execute upon it. Claudia brought that vision to life. It was simple, but elegant.As for Claudia's day-of services, she is really on top of her game. From drafting the timeline, to leading the set up at the barn, to making it all happen - everything was flawless. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day and for us, that's what's important.Thanks Claudia!

Harlow and Dahlia Events were the best wedding vendor we had. I will always remember how much stress they took off of me, my husband, and our families and made our weekend so incredibly fun. Harlow & Dahlia Events— Claudia and her assistant planners— are truly excellent at what they do. I’m a floral designer and always really enjoy working with them on events and really appreciate their expertise and eye for detail every time! Every detail is thought of and handled beautifully; everyone’s event needs considered and met well; and multiple vendors coordinated with in a super helpful way (as a florist, I appreciate this piece of working with a planner hugely because there are a lot of ways my work intersects with the other vendors’ and it’s so great having someone helping find out information and coordinate!). Whenever I have had a chance to work with Claudia and her team they have always excelled at each piece of managing an event and are always fun to be around, too. As a photographer, I know any event Claudia is involved with is going to be fantastic. She is an incredibly kind, fun person to be around, has impeccable taste and knows how to put together an amazing wedding. The images here are from Natolie & Trent's wedding - the couple and guests came all the way from Louisiana and Claudia guided them through the entire process flawlessly.

Harlow & Dahlia events were absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding day. Emma was incredibly responsive, kind, and went out of her way in all communication leading up to the day. On the day of the actual wedding, Emma and her assistant Jenny ensured that every possible detail went to plan. I am a fairly anxious person, and I felt absolutely *no* anxiety on the day of the wedding, because I was completely assured that everything was taken care of. All of their work on the day of was completely above and beyond everything I anticipated, including their lovely work decorating our altar/arch the morning of, Emma brushing tangles out of my hair from wind during cocktail hour, Jenny getting cocktail hour food for the family during family photos, and their swift work to disassemble and break down our reception decor at the end of the night. Overall, cannot recommend Harlow & Dahlia events enough!

We got married this past August in VT and I truly mean it when I say, that we could not have done it without Claudia!! There were so many moving parts to our wedding weekend and she made sure that every single event ran smoothly and beautifully! Working side by side with Claudia for the 6 months leading up to our day was wonderful as well. She always had such a positive attitude and was reassuring that every detail we needed to think about was going to be taken care of! Our venue required bringing in everything, so having Claudia as my second set of eyes was the ONLY way I was able to breath and know that all logistics we're being taken care of! Not only would I recommend Claudia to any bride getting married from a professional standpoint but also personal - she was such a calming force throughout the entire process!

Claudia was such a calming and kind presence to have on our wedding day. Knowing that she was there to pull together all the little details and to take care of any questions that came up made it so easy just to relax and actually enjoy the whole wedding. She was not only detailed but such a kind and easy person to work with, easing our minds from our very first meeting. I have had the privilege to work with Claudia and Harlow Dahlia Events on several weddings. Rarely have I witnessed such dynamic delivery as I’ve seen with Claudia. She somehow manages to quietly be everywhere at once before and during her weddings, making sure everything goes according to plan.
