I can’t say enough amazing things about Karina and her team. To start, she has great communication and ensures she responds in a timely manner. She’s been willing to accommodate all of my requests, even last minute ones! She’s vet professional and willing to make it work! She’s also so genuine, which I love!Karina and her team do a great job at cleaning my place. It is always spotless and very fresh smelling afterwards. They even seek out feedback to ensure they are doing the best possible job, willing to go above and beyond. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them !!

My fiancé and I moved into our new home in the middle of winter and Karina was flexible with us as we shuffled dates around. When we decided on a date, her staff were on time and did an amazing job cleaning our new house and working around the duct cleaners we had there at the same time. Her team was polite, thorough and did an amazing job. Karina herself was extremely pleasant and professional and I will be using her services every time we want our house deep cleaned moving forward.

We have worked with a couple of different cleaners over the years in the Maple Leaf area but hands down Karina Cleaning is by far the best. She is great to work with and has a great team. They are always on time, do a top notch job and always check for your feedback.

0/10 would reccomend. The owner of the company has been so terribly rude to me and my family. They operate so unprofessionally, and I have seen numerous employees and customers be treated extremely poorly. I would not trust this company to be around my family, friends or home.
