Once our call went into our house insurance, Rod phoned the next morning to touch base, and then he himself showed up to assess the damage for our insurance claim.He arrived when he said he would, even taking the time to call before he left Lloydminster, so we weren’t put out having to wait too long as we had prior commitments.He assessed the damage and took many pictures. We could tell he was being very thorough. He also had great knowledge and was able to quickly ascertain the issues at hand.Thank you Rod for your efficiency and commitment to great customer service.

We are very grateful for the service that was supplied by SDS DKI for a laundry room reno.Rod was very quick to respond by telephone when needed. The workers were very courteous and helpful when we had questions. Danika was very professional yet kind and accommodating for paperwork and signatures. Overall SDS DKI went above and beyond duty for us, and we would call on them again if needed.
