Over the past 25 years my husband and I have had the privilege of building two custom homes with Crown Homes of London. Once in 1994 and again in 2018. Both our builds were different in that we purchased a lot in a subdivision for the first and we owned our own rural land for the second. Each situation explored its own unique challenges but Crown’s years of experience made our journey enjoyable which resulted in two quality built and beautiful family homes. I can’t say enough about Merv, Ken and the Crown team. Their quest for perfection and quality is evident in their choice of trades and daily on site visits. Their professionalism was apparent at every step of the way and their focus is always YOUR home. No detail is too small for The Crown Team and if ever we had a question or concern it was dealt with immediately. The customer service was exemplary. Our builds were very fast due to their dedication and experience organizing the trades and suppliers. There isn’t a more trustworthy builder in the city and I would chose Crown again in a heartbeat.

Crown Homes is the best high end home builder in London. The entire team work to provide a smooth, organized process, to build the perfect custom home. They are so trust worthy, that we have built several homes with them over the years and each time was a great experience!

We wanted an exceptional home. We got an exceptional builder. We could not have had a better experience building our home. Our project was not a simple one, but working with Merv, Mike and Michelle we were always confident that things would turn out right. Perhaps more important, however, is the fact that with respect to those few things about our complex build that didn't work out as well as originally expected, Crown stood by its commitment to us and always came back and made things right. That willingness to stand by their work, even long after the initial build is done, that is what we believe sets Crown Homes of London apart, and why we know we could not have chosen a better builder.

We built our home with Crown Homes 4 years ago. The entire process was very positive. They worked with our architect seamlessly and gave plenty of advice along the way directed at building the right home for us and not aimed at spending our money. In fact, a number of times, where sensible options were to reduce spending from what the plans called for, Merv and his team would redirect us.Building a home can be an intimidating venture but we couldn't have been more at ease with Crown. The finished product was quality the whole way through and the trades who worked on the home were professional and respectful. When the house was done we even invited them all over to pay our appreciation to them.After the home was done, Crown doesn't walk away (we had heard this from others - excellent follow up and sense of ownership of the home's function even well after the house is built). Only little issues arose (smoke detector malfunction in one room, ventilation in one room was weak) but in all cases, an in person response in a timely fashion with no drama was the norm.Having only built one house, I have no personal comparison point but don't believe that, in speaking to others, that there are home builders in London with as much professionalism and skill as Crown and would recommend them without reservation.

We had very specific needs when building our forever home - one of our children uses a wheelchair. We wanted something accessible and beautiful for all of us. The home Crown Homes designed and built was beyond any of our expectations. It is flawlessly barrier-free, but in a way that is so natural and elegant, it is truly how all homes should be built. Merv, Mike, and Michelle had such incredible attention to detail and guided us through every step of this custom home. The entire team that built our home were exceptional professionals. Mike was so thoughtful and made sure every aspect was considered, the way Michelle put together the colours and textures is simply perfect, and Merv (though not actually related!) has become a part of our extended family with his service and care. We have been here for 7 years and I still feel incredibly lucky every day to be able to raise my kids in a house that is a home for all of them.

I can't say enough positive things about Crown. Building our dream home was seamless from start to finish. We are detail oriented people and we know what we like. We wanted someone who could deliver what we had created in our minds.Crown has an impeccable reputation. Our friends, colleagues, even our lawyer and banker knew of their honesty and quality workmanship. I felt confident in their knowledge and expertise. They have formed long term relationships with trades who respect and trust them.Anytime we ran into a challenge, Ken presented us with great options and we worked together to get beautiful results. The cheerful and hardworking painter (Chris), the brilliant electrician (Steve), the marble people (Cindy and Gina from Classic Granite), and the amazing cabinetry team (Woody's) all stand out. We regularly pulled out a measuring tape to verify things and anytime we weren't happy with placement or angles, it was fixed. Michelle was a great design sounding board. We have very contemporary tastes, and though some of our choices deviated from typical, they were able to deliver on everything.Anytime I had a question or concern, Ken responded almost immediately. You really feel like you are his first priority all the time. He addresses the issue. One of the best things I noted while working with him is that he takes accountability for everything. He doesn't dismiss any concern as someone else's job. I was never caught in the middle of trades blaming each other for things. With respect to anything, when you asked who was responsible, he would say he was, and he would fix it in a timely way. Almost a year after we moved in, he still responds to my questions right away.Anyone who knows me, knows that I mean what I say and I say what I mean. The team at Crown are second to none. They take pride in what they do and they stand behind it. They are honest and kind people. Choose them. You won't regret it.Feonagh and Jamie

Crown Homes’ customer service experience and attention to detail has been nothing short of outstanding! This has been the most exciting build we have experienced. It has been a seem less process and the best experience with a London builder by far. Their expertise and design team has been superior. It’s rare to be part of a new build without any hiccups, delays or surprises with upgrades. It’s sad to have it all come to an end as they have all been such a pleasure to deal with. Crown Homes made our vision for our forever home a dream come true!

We have been very happy with the Crown home we purchased in 2016. The quality of build and customer service are excellent. The turnaround time in service is quick and well done. In the three years since we moved in, there have been no major problems. I highly recommend checking out the quality of building materials that Crown uses, many of which are hidden from sight when completed and are not always obvious. Crown is probably the best quality builder in London.
