Barber Will Barbershop

Since I moved into St. Catharines 2 years ago I couldn’t find a decent hair salon. Barber I was using was OK but nothing special and not even close to the barber I use back in Toronto. It just happened that I needed a hair cut before my vacation and my barber was away at this moment as well. As I was grabbing a slice of pizza at the pizza shop next door I dropped by Will’s Barber shop. Will (the owner) met me at the door we talked a bit I made my appointment for the next day. I was open all day so I easily took an open window in Wills schedule. What a surprise that was when after Will cut my hair. The result was fenomenal. Transition in cut from barely nothing to top was flawless. My wife complimented me as soon as I got home, as well as my friends and coworkers. Will’s Barber shop is definitely a must in St. Catharines area. Atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable just like in a hi end lounge. Thanks Will! and I will definitely see you soon.

Had a haircut booked for today at 3pm with Will. Arrived at 2:55pm to find the store shut, locked, lights turned off, and open sign turned to closed. I called 3 times to only get an answering machine and waited 20 minutes before finally leaving. I received a booking confirmation, and a reminder about my upcoming haircut. This is poor service to not tell your clients that the shop will be shut and rearrange my cut before the day of the appointment. This should have been addressed. Please explain why the shop was shut and closed during the time of my scheduled appointment!

Went here in a pinch because my barber had a family matter. The owner didn't listen to a word I said about how I wanted my hair cut even though I showed him a picture and all the employees talked trash about every customer that walked out after a haircut. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I've been going to Barber Will now for a decade. Gets it right every time. But what's most important, my wife approves of how I look....which makes getting laid more likely.

Previous place did a crummy job. Tried Will today and he's AWESOME. Great place, great work, great people. I'm sold. I'll be back!

Will and his team are amazing! Kind and fun to chat with, they remember their customers and take great care to give them exactly the style they ask for. Several top brand products on offer and great prices. Shaves and haircuts including straight razor hot shaves! If you're tired of going to the local salon to get a buzz cut, fade, crew or other style, it's time to go to a real barber!

By far the best haircut experience I’ve ever had, definitely been missing out on a really great experience by going anywhere else. Definitely will be my go to place going forward, Will did a fantastic job and the shop is great! Thanks again!!
