I've been a patient at both the old and new locations and have always had a great experience with my Dr and the staff. The new location feels luxurious with parking and new offices. I hated having to park in the underground at the old Quebec St location.

Worst service for patients. Never answer the phone. This office has definitely gone downhill. Can't leave a voicemail.

By far the hardest place to call and get through (have to call before 9am if you want to at least leave a voicemail).They’re walk in clinic is only After hours so limit your health issues if you manage to get an answer, they’ll only take on one issue per appointment. Other than that staff are friendly and overall a clean environment.

Very friendly environment, all the healthcare workers are wonderful.Receptionists are also very welcoming and helpful when calling in. :)
