Shady business practices, be careful!! . I dropped off my wedding ring (purchased at Paris) & engagement ring to be resized (they were soldered together) After many months - which should have been weeks, I received confirmation that my ring(s) were ready for pick- up. When I arrived, they handed me my engagement ring. When I asked where my wedding ring was, they looked a bit stunned & said what wedding band. They said they would look into - after several weeks with no resolve - I asked for regional Mgr information - Patrick. Long story short, turns out both of my rings had been lost/stolen by Paris Jewellers Nanaimo!! And they had tried to pass off the ring they gave me as my wedding ring! They completely lied to me. The ring my husband proposed to me under the Eiffel Tower in Paris, gone, wedding band he married me with in Maui, gone!. Shocking. Very little in the way of compensation for my sentimental loss - they replaced my engagement & wedding ring ring with ones similar, and a measly $250 gift certificate for their store - like I would ever want to shop there again. Horrible, horrible experience. It took the Regional Manager, Patrick, literally 3 terse phone calls for him to even apologize for my loss. He was dismissive & unhelpful. I told them I wanted a full refund on the rings, so I could go elsewhere - and they said they would with a 25% discount from what we originally paid!

Saleswoman was very helpful, friendly, and patient. The service was excellent snd she made every effort to provide an experience that was personal and professional. Over and above!

Rachael and the asst. Manager were absolutely incredible and relatable. They made mine and my husbands shopping very enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, from the moment we left, provided formal and proper information about the chains they were showing and the one we bought. And joking around, it’s who we are as customers and we hope workers feed off it. And Rachael and asst.Manager definitely fed off our energy. Made buying our anniversary gift fun and very memorable.

The lady I dealt with was fantastic, and so friendly and helpful!!! I went to a different jewelry store first for the same item I was looking for and the staff totally ignored me! When I arrived at your store Brittney B, spoke with me immediately I enquired about an item I was looking for and she pulled out an order book and set me right up! I am so happy I went to your store. Because of the service Brittney B gave me, I will be back as a regular loyal customer and believe me I love gold and diamonds and can afford anything I want. You should give Brittney B a lot of kudos, it was specifically her warm welcome, knowledge, and over all an A+++ attitude that you just don't see in stores anymore. As long as she is there , I will be in to purchase when she is on shift! Ty for having the sense to hire such a pleasant lady, she will bring you a lot of business, I Caan tell by how she was with me. Thank you, I hope this review helps because I am being 100% genuine. I was in 2 months ago bought 2 diamond rings and diamond earrings.I lost one of my earrings went into Paris to have it replaced they did not have a matching stud Diamond earring with the same carat The option I was given was to buy a larger or a smaller carat earring that didn't match or buy a whole new set. I popped over to peoples and they offered to send my earring away and have a matching replacement ordered. Its a shame I wasn't offered the same option at Paris..

Brought in 2 rings to have solitaire placed in wedding ring. Very clear instructions. 3 weeks later store employee calls to let me know what goldsmith proposing to do. He was trying to make me a new ring! Explained again what I wanted. Employee said manager would call me, which was 5 days later. Explained again and manager said she would call me back next day. A couple days later she called to say they could not do the work and would send my rings back. A week later rings sent back. Terrible service!! Very unhappy

I will start by saying that I absolutely love the wedding set I purchased at Paris. However the customer service was not what I expected.I was told to bring my ring back after Christmas to send it away for sizing and a new appraisal. When I brought it in the person that had helped us purchase the set told me I didn't need to send the certificate with the ring. I questioned him about it but he assured me it wasn't necessary.I waited over 2 weeks to get my rings back only to find out that he had not ordered the appraisal only the sizing. I then had to send my ring away for 3 additional weeks to have an appraisal done.So although I purchased the ring in December I only recently was able to actually wear it. Honestly I probably won't do business with the company again.

Kiran was was one of the most helpful, friendliest and knowledgeable people I have had the good fortune to meet. I had very specific needs and she was able to find just the perfect items!
