Amanah Tech - Toronto Colocation Data Centers

I had a dedicated server with Amanah Tech to run my business site and everyone there is great! Their datacenter is in a great location, all the staff are very friendly and offered me a tour of their Young Street center. Customer support is very quick to reply, usually within the day and helps you with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone who needs hosting!

Very pleased with Amanah. Price and performance looked appealing, on-boarding was easy, bandwidth is great, performance is great, server setup was next day (fast), and the production site is public. Moving over a couple more servers in the near term, to get everything consolidated. Thanks for the great work and support. Highly recommended.

We definitely made the right choice in Amanah Tech. We’re using their high speed internet, and using their collocation facilities upstairs in their data center. We love the connection speeds, and the fast response times we get from their support team whenever we have questions. They saved us a great deal of time trying to figure things out, and lots of money as well. Above all - they are always available for help and support!

A year ago just before Christmas we had to find a new data centre as our previous data centre of 10 years suddenly announced they were shutting down in less than a month. I had to find a data centre that could accommodate our dedicated servers and custom Bell VPN solution. I called a number of well known Canadian providers and Amanah was one of them. The contact at Amanah then arranged to transfer all of our data and VPN hardware to their data centre in Toronto and offered to match our monthly rates. The net result was that we were only down for a few hours while we transferred the most recent data from the old data centre to the new servers hosted at Amanah. We have now been running in the Amanah data centre for a year and our customers are happy. Thanks to Amanah what could have been a disaster turned into some overtime for our staff and about 4 hours of down time.

We have known about the Amanah 1 Yonge facility since the beginning, when it was under prior ownership. It is so refreshing to now have the facility under an independent, hands-on, owner. We are a very satisfied Amanah customer of IP connectivity (that has been 100% reliable with throughput as claimed) and of their dedicated server offering. They keep their costs low and their quality high, all while walking the talk of being customer friendly. What more could you ask for?

I have been disappointed at every turn with Amanah tech. initially AmanahTech took over our old host SaveonHosting. They did not honour the billing cycle of my old account so I had to pay twice for some months. Throughout my service there were many technical problems, especially with Email. Also when sites went down. In these cases I was not satisfied with customer support. I have finally moved to another host and had to pay for an extra month due to the policy to provide 1 month notice. After receiving a confirmation that my service will end July 31, I received a new invoice on August 7 for the month of September!- They did cancel this extra invoice BTW.

I have a great experience hosting my crypto mining equipment at Amanah. They offer 24/7 access and several workspaces, so I could setup and troubleshoot my equipment after-hours. They are the lowest-cost data centre I have seen in downtown Toronto, and they really went out of their way to understand my business and help me and my company to survive the crypto winter. Amanah was fast and convenient. We were able to have our servers set up in less than a few hours. Great price and location if you need servers set up downtown!
