The technicians are very professional and responsible. They helped us to install multiple kitchen appliances including a refrigerator with an exterior ice/water dispenser function. After they finished, we noticed that one of the refrigerator doors(french door) got some scratches, so the technician suggested we call customer service to discuss the solution. The customer service staff immediately proposed to order a new door for us and will install it at no charge.  Today when they came to install a new refrigerator door for us, the technician didn't do it rashly; instead,  he really tried hard to make sure the two french doors were well-balanced. We really enjoy their service and definitely recommend it.
