I sprained my ankle while visiting a cottage and this pharmacy was my nearest medical option. The team was very helpful. As I limped in, the pharmacist approached me immediately to assist. He suggested a few treatment options including a specific tensor and the pharmacy assistant even took the time to measure my foot for the correct size. Since I was from out of town the pharmacist gave me the number of a clinic should I need further treatment the following day. Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As good as a walk in clinic I’d say!

The staff are wonderful and diligent.

My fiancé is indigenous and a valid status card holder. He recently had oral surgery that required him to a antibiotic mouthwash. Submitted the prescription and his status card as he has insurance called NIHB. The man at the counter said that they do not deal with that and he would have to pay. My fiancé asked why as it’s valid insurance, and the man said “we just don’t” so he took his prescription and left. We went to the sister pharmacy in Sundridge to obtain it, they took the card and insurance with no problems, and didn’t have to pay. Well my fiancé left South River feeling very discriminated against.
