We brought our vehicle in for a windshield replacement and worked with Cherryl. She was very polite, professional, and patient with us and kept us informed as our replacement was processed.

Great experience with Cheryl and the technicians! Platinum service! They even washed and detailed my old vehicle, which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! Will not hesitate to go back. Really nice people who they took the edge off a very unsettling situation of having my car broken into, plus did an excellent job!

After my back passenger window was broken into on my new car I was pretty distraught as this was the first time anything like this had happened. After being passed off by two previous glass places I contacted Boyd on Marion and got a hold of Cheryl. She was absolutely wonderful and helped me through the entire process with kindness, and amazing patience (as I am pretty dumb when it comes to cars and the process as it was my first time). But she was awesome and made me feel so much better even in this yucky situation. We had to have our glass ordered in from Toronto but was set an appointment to happen right after it arrived (which was only 2 days). They were fast and efficient with our work and now my lil white jetta is looking all brand new and spiffy again. I will definitely be going back (fingers crossed I wont have too, I like my car in one piece haha) but I highly recommend anyone else go here as well!

I came to Winnipeg from Thompson for a dental appointment on Feb 10 and my car was vandalized with the driver's side glass blown out after the appointment. Waiting for MPI damage evalution report for more than 10 days, I finally received the damage report late afternoon Feb 22. After calling several body shops authorized by MPI, I was told I need to wait for at least 10 days for repair. One of the Boyd Auto shops refered to the Boyd Autobody & Glass at this location, Miguel happened to take my call after work time. He was very kind to have all my information noted down and promised me to give me solutions the next morning. Sure enough, Cherryl called me back in the morning and provided me all the help I need to have my car to be repaired as soon as possible. With her help, I immediately called Adam from Boyd Autobody & Glass, and now Adam is taking care of the claimed repair. I am impressed by the colleagiality of the Boyd Autobody Shops in Winnipeg and hope I will drive back to Thompson after the two-week adventure in Winnipeg.Although I was not able to have my car repaired by Cherryl and Miguel in their location, their kindness and resourcefulness helped me a lot to release the stress and frustrution. I would like to give my thanks to Cherryl, Miguel and Adam from Boyd Autobody & Glass at 160 Watson St. I believe their service is as excellent as kindness.

Had a very great experience! Chad helped me when I needed my windshield replaced and he was very friendly and helpful. After picking up my car I was happy that they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car and filled air in my tires so that was a nice surprise.

Cheryl was absolutely fantastic and offered tremendous customer service. I called ahead asking if they could fix my smashed window before the end of the day, she assured me the product was in stock and would be available within the hour. My window was broken at 11am, and I was driving home by 3pm. I was also offered a courtesy car while mine was being worked on. This could not have been a better customer experience, and I would recommend this location to anyone needing glass repair/replacement services.

The service are so awesome , they are so helpful and professional. Even they provided me an excellent car till they finish repairing my window for my vehicle, I recommend their service for any one need to change or fix his vehicle glass

I originally phoned Boyd on Nairn to inquire about replacing a broken window and they directed me to this location as they specialize in glass only repairs and are able to complete the job at an earlier date.Upon phoning the Marion location, I received adequate info on next steps & timeline for part arrival. I came in the morning of the said day and was quoted the job to be complete before end of day. Which it was! For the few hours the vehicle was being repaired they provided a courtesy car which was great and prevented further stress.I’m very satisfied with the quality and the accuracy of promised time lines this business provided. Cherryl and mechanics were courteous and friendly. Thank you for your great work :)

Flawless experience dealing with this location and business. Same day service and had a curiosity car available. They even took the remaining glass bits out of the car door and middle console (added bonus!). Will definitely return for any needs I may need in the future and highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! Great staff and excellent workmanship ...I couldn't be more impressed! My side window was smashed in a theft attempt. I took it to Boyd right away and within 45 mins of the incident happening I was in a loaner car and on my way. My car was fixed and ready the following day without issue. I highly recommend!
