Exceptional customer service! We requested a delivery to a distant town and they went out of their way to find a driver for a same day delivery to accommodate. We are so appreciative. You are in excellent hands with the Barrie Edible Arrangements location.

They offered me extra suggestions to make the arrangement extra special and were able to get it delivered today. Ordered it the night before for pick up the next morning for my sister-in-law's birthday and it was ready on time, great quality, fresh fruits and arrangement looked just like the picture on the website. Very happy with the order, everyone enjoyed it.

This store saved my birthday surprise for a family member. The owner and driver went out of their way to reroute their orders to make sure I was satisfied with the delivery time. They were kind and easy to work with - it was a great first experience and I will be ordering again in the future. A special thank you to the delivery driver (name unknown) as they were the key to this success and I am forever grateful to them. Thank you for making my sisters 40th birthday special!!!

I placed an online order which i was unable to select a time. I called the store and they were able to help me out and get my delivery out before the business closed and delivered for when my wife was going to be at work. They did an amazing job with the delivery and everything. Service is 5+ stars.

Wonderful place! They went above and beyond in accommodating my delivery request. My sister was thrilled to receive this on her birthday and enjoyed every bite. She told me the fruit presentation was beautiful and the baked goods were fresh and delicious.Thank you Edible Arrangements. I’ll be ordering from you again.

Very disappointed in this business.Wed. March 23- Called store at 1027 am to place order for my daughter and son in law's first wedding anniversary. Told it was closed despite web site saying otherwise. Told we will call you tomorrow. Later that night while I was at work missed a call from them.Thursday- Never got a call. When I called at the end of day, was told machines were recalibrating and would be called when done. No call.Friday- Placed order for delivery Saturday as Sunday was anniversary. Never delivered.Sunday- called store owner who told me they were closed but he would look into it. Reminded him anniversary was that day.Monday received call. Said they couldn't find order but I could place one now. Given apology but no good will gesture. No attempt to make amends.Wow. No way to run a business.

The Edible Arrangements team in Barrie is incredible and thoughtful. They are extremely reliable and produce excellent arrangements in a pinch! Thank you so much team!

Pretty disappointed unfortunately. They delivered the edible fruits and flowers separately which meant additional coordination on our end to receive the flowers. Would have preferred both items to arrive at the same time. Guy I spoke to on the phone seemed stressed. The items received weren’t as advertised on the site. Not a good experience at all. Would not order again.

I ordered from this location yesterday for my beautiful Aunt’s birthday and it was delivered as promised. It looks nice and she liked it. The other reviews had me a bit nervous and I did experience problems with the location near where I live. This store did not disappoint. Thank you very much. Great job!
