Testing was needed to ensure that contractor work could proceed. Ace Env provided prompt service to assess the asbestos risk in a timely fashion.

I have mold toxicity illness, and water damage in my apartment. So I contacted ACE after having another company come and do an inadequate inspection. This inspection was really important to me, bc it is a crucial part to getting my health back ACE was awesome!! They care. They’re thorough, they explain everything to you in great detail, take the time to go over everything with you. They use a multifaceted approach to identify the location of water damage and mold. I couldn’t more highly recommend ACE after multiple experiences over the years trying other companies. I will always go back to ACE for their expertise and comprehensive inspections. I contacted Ace when I discovered floor levelling compound beneath the carpets. Previous to the old carpet, there were obvious signs there used to be floor tiles. Since the hardwood floor installer was going to start in less than two days and level and smooth the floor with a grinder, there was a bit of urgency regarding the timeframe. Ash answered quickly when I called and he issued an expedited order and that very same day, technician Alison came by around 3pm to take samples for testing. There was a bit of misunderstanding regarding the 24 hour timeframe for the expedited results and the extra cost for having an expedited order but Ash quickly and fairly resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. In the future, I will clarify the exact deadline when I need the test results. Ash was always very responsive and Alison was very thorough. I would call on Ace again without hesitation.

Where do I even start....It always sucks finding out you have asbestos but these guys are super knowledgeable and really streamline the whole process.Every time I've had to recommend them to a client, they've been nothing but a pleasure to deal with and are always up front about the entire ordeal.But don't take my word, try them out for yourself.
