Based upon the reviews given about Richard’s AutoShop, I decided to take my Acura to him for the first time to diagnose and repair front end work. As the other reviews rightly stated, he is an excellent choice. Calm demeanour, explains everything openly, performs the necessary work in a timely manner and, more importantly, great value for money. My Acura is running like new again.If you find yourself in the same situation as myself with having to use a mechanic for the first time, don’t hesitate to contact Richard. Finding a good mechanic counts for a lot. I’ll be sure to go to him again when needed.

I had both rear shocks replaced in July of 2020. The drivers side was leaking but passenger was fine.As the mechanic was installing the shocks, he dropped the passenger side one during installation from chest high onto the floor but said it would be OK.He assured me it would be covered if anything happened.That shock started leaking badly after only a month of use. I went back expecting to have covered under warranty but they denied and wanted twice the price.The younger person who told me he was the owner last time now claimed to be an employee. The older person just said I've made my decision and am wasting time speaking to you."Make sure you get a proper bill even if they push you to pay cash to save taxes !! Don’t go to Richard Auto Clinic you will be scammed was advised 650 to do brakes Maximum. They charge me 1150 to do front brakes on a BMW. The dealer charges 729.00. When I asked for receipt they swore on msg. All I wanted was proof that they put on original BMW parts they used fake also had nail in tyre it’s in side. I told them leave it as true is fine they took out, hoping it would go down and have me buy a set of tyres frim them. DO NOT Go zero customer service. Verified will report to BBB and all sources.

I went to Richards Auto Clinic at 140 Regina Rd Unit 24 to change my Starter on my 2005 BMW 325 XI . My self and wife were shopping around for prices. When we arrived at Richard's Auto we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. After diagnosed One of the Tech explained to us what was involved in changing the starter and there will be using OEM Parts because of the works involved. There price was very reasonable compared to the others we already have. The Job was finished on time. There show me our old Starter and Photos. The shop is very clean and Professional. Due to the end of the month we have to pay our mortgage not expected our vehicle to break down. We pay Richards Partial and he give us credit for the balance. Ive been to many mechanics in my life. This guy is 1 of the best in the business. He is VERY good at his job. He has the latest technology to assess any automobile problems that you have. He is honest and very knowledgeable. I went to 5 different mechanics, with no luck, and he fixed my Audi within 1 hour. Awesome dude great service! I 100% recommend him for all service needs.
