I would recommend and hire them again. Just understand the communication isn't the best. Value was good.We contacted Lions Share about window cleaning in the summer of 2022. That put us on their email list. Jan 2023 we received an email for snow removal on the roof. After the 12 snow fall I figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a try. It was a bit confusing because I called and the person who answered did not know they were offering the service and I asked

We discovered Lions Share Maintenance thanks to seeing their truck in the area. They were prompt, had excellent communication, and most importantly, they did the best job on our gutters of anyone we’ve hired. Lions Share Maintenance
The folks at Lions Share Maintenance were so very nice and professional! They washed our large house that has LP siding. It hadn’t been washed since we built it. When it was finished our sunny side of the house looked a little blotchy but I suspected this was from the sun. But my sister didn’t agree. LST can back out and independently felt this might be from the sun but they very kindly and willingly came back to give that side of the house another go. Wonderful folks! Highly recommend them.

Lions Share Maintenance
The two gentleman from Lions Share Maintenance that came to my home to pressure wash the siding and wash the windows were extremely professional and made sure I was totally happy with everything before they left. They painstakingly kept cleaning the stains that occurred due to dirty water leaking from the holes on the bottom of the siding. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Every year 5+ we have had the most beautiful lights thanks to Lions Share Maintenance. They make it so easy. Last year I added more. Quick call to schedule the layout and colors. Come home to a festive house. If ever a problem they respond in a timely manner. All the installers have been respectful and kind.

This was our second time hiring this company!This was my first review from 2020-“Wonderful experience. From the first communication of getting estimate to day of the project and pressure washing our privacy fence. Both gentleman were very polite and explained everything to us. Would hire again. Thank you”Two years later our experience was night and day. The communication was awful. We were initially scheduled for Thursday 05/20 they cancelled on us several hours after they were to arrive. It was rescheduled for Monday 05/23 between 2:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m. arrival. Saturday 05/21 I get a confirmation email they are arriving between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.! I tried calling and no one answered.Monday 05/23 two men arrive at 2:06 p.m. my husband was talking with them and discussing the project. We a hire a company because this is hard on my husbands shoulders and back.I get home at 3:15 p.m. and they are wrapping up! In 2020 they were at our house for 2-3 hours! I couldn’t tell the difference.My husband got our pressure washer out and took pictures. He called them they close at 4:00 p.m. but have after hours answering he was told this is not right and someone will call in 20 minutes. No one called! He called again -this person said they are bringing it up the chain and someone will call within 20 minutes. No call still haven’t heard from someone.This morning I receive email thanking us for the opportunity to be of a service to us! What service?I responded with the communication well lack of and disappointing job.I explained my husband completed 12 panels in 1.5-2 hours and isn’t finished yet.I told them I was not paying for an invoice for a job that was not done right or done at all.This was their response to me“Thank you for the pictures. We would like to come to fix this but clearly, this is not a good fit. I see that you are dissatisfied and the communication between us was not the best. I agree with you, not the best service. I will clear the invoice and I wish you the best. Have a wonderful day.”I would not hire them or recommend them.2 years later and service changes that much? Not a satisfied customer!——————————————————-Thanks for the response. How we handled the matter ? What does notes from 2 years ago have to do with this job? I gave the date of service and our invoice when I reached out for service again. The customer service rep knew we were a repeat customer. That’s on your company. Anyone who knows about pressure washing knows it takes more than an hour to do 200 linear feet of fence. My husband did try calling several times. He was told twice someone would call him back. He got his pressure washer out to show it was done incorrectly. I have pictures from the first job and Lion Maintenance used more pressure at that time. I’m sorry you feel his “shapes” and “name” scar or fur the wood it did not it brings it back to color. We handled it correctly we called multiple times, told someone would call in 20 minutes x2, my husband started with one panel to show the difference in the correct way it should look and how Lion Maintenance crew left it. The only thing that was done right is making our invoice disappear because Lion Maintenance did not complete the job or do it right.We found a great company to finish it up for us. Thanks for the response and stating and admitting you did not try to make it right.Thanks!
