Went into the store just to look. We were greeted promptly. We were offered suggestions, the various matresses were explained. We were offered pillows and various accessories. We settled on a matter and got an amazing deal. The delivery guys were on time, professional and very careful when bringing the mattress into our home.The only downfall is the customer service chat. Sean B cut off our chat abruptly. When I was complaining about defective $200 bamboo sheets.Not Impressed with them by any means. I get that things happen it is however very inconvenient for the customer to have to keep returning to the store.

I made the mistake of revealing my budget at the start of shopping.I was amazed when they actually found me the perfect mattress completely under my budget and let me just lay on the beds alone and undisturbed so I could make sure it was the right decision.Dexter and Rain we’re both amazing to deal with and I recommend them entirely.Thank you for the experience.Michael DuBois

Had a good experience with the salesperson, leaving 1 star due to the incompetent driver that delivered the mattress.Amit Kumar, the driver didn't even bother taking off his shoes when he stepped into my house. He acted surprised when I asked him why he walked in with his shoes on.First thing you do when you enter people's houses is take off your shoes, it literally says in your own brochure that the delivery person will wear boot covers, buddy is too lazy and incompetent to follow your own instructions.

Had an excellent experience at this location. Dwayne was the best customer service rep, he listened when I told him my budget and never tried to get me to increase it. He gave me a number of options to choose from but was never pushy to try and make the sale. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress. He even put the mattress I bought on hold until I found an apartment! Best customer service I have received, would highly recommend this location.

Sorry, NOT happy. We talked to customer support as the product was not good and they offered a comfort exchange with an additional $75. Why should we suffer when the product is not a good one? The mattress is already sinking in. Sorry again, that was the last time we have shopped with Sleep Country.

My partner and I purchased the Purple 3, and an adjustable bed frame.It took us just a little over a month of coming back to try out our favourite mattresses and then going home to think on it.With it being such a big investment, we really wanted to take our time to be certain of our final decision.Our customer service rep was Andres, he was just so wonderful. Patient, kind, funny, relatable. Not once did we feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable of the products. He is passionate about helping people, and it shows. He cared about our budget and was respectful of our situation. Our interactions were very meaningful.On the final day that we came in to actually make the purchase, we were recommended by a different associate (from the East Hills location) to wait for Andres so we could finalize everything with him. Although Sleep Country associates work as a team, we were *very glad* to have finished our transaction with the same person (Andres) that we started with. I don’t think we would have felt as comfortable working with anyone else because he just knew our story and cared about the little details.It made such a difference in our experience dealing with Andres and having him guide us on this journey.We begin our 100 night trial on our Purple 3, and will update our review of the product later on.This review at this point in time is focused around Sleep Country’s customer service, particularly Andres’s service (Sun Ridge location). Andres gets 5 stars *Easily* for his customer. We hope Sleep Country recognizes this and understands that he is an asset to their company.

Having a terrible time getting my adjustable bed fixed. Got the run around from the store finally called the manufacturer and they took a week to get back to me to just make an appointment.Here I am the day of the appointment only to have them no show.Brick and mortar retail should be dead. If you can’t get service from them, better of buying online for cheaper I guess and getting the same service.Brutal

Staff is friendly products are mediocre. And some are garbage really no different than any other place you go. maybe five months ago six months at the most bought a mattress and bedframe. Bedframe is falling apart one of the legs has collapsed and broken the Piece right out of the wood that holds the leg in . I explained the issues that I was having with my last mattress. I was actually looking at spending a little bit more money on something but was convinced to purchase the one We did. His parents and sister have purchased this mattress and are very happywith it blah blah blah. Will definitely be giving a call to find out about warranty

Rain was super nice and guided us in the right direction of pillows. We were left alone and had time to lay on a mattress and try every pillow, Rain made sure to check on us at an appropriate time and had a great sense of humour. We will definitely be coming back due to this amazing service.
