David and his crew did a magnificent job grading and sodding our new property, also restoring neighbouring properties, post-construction. The job required about 10,000 square feet of sod and quite a few truckloads of topsoil. The workers were pleasant, efficient and very hardworking. The job was done right, done quickly and at a reasonable cost. David supplied us with all the information to take care of a new lawn. It's been through three cuts now and looks fantastic!

David was professional and thorough from the first email I sent. I reached out to multiple companies for a quote and David was the one that not only responded, but responded the same night. I sent him pictures and videos of the job as well as measurements and he had a quote off to me in no time. Like a true pro, he came out in person to see the job and gave me a final quote before the job was booked.The work was done efficiently and very well. Any minor issues that came up, David informed me right away. Told me about issues with the house, not related to the job that may come up in the future that I should be mindful of.After 3 days of exhausting labour my wife and I are incredibly happy with our new lawn and the ability to use a yard that was basically a jungle.Thanks to David and his crew once again for a job well done.

Contacted David to begin the process and in a very quick turn around was contacted by Conrad to arrange a site viewing for scope and quote. Turn around time was exceptional and all at TVL were incredibly courteous and professional. Arranged a date for grading and sod and TVL was very flexible despite my job being fairly small and their existing workload. Over and above, was contacted to coordinate an earlier install date to accomodate bad weather forecasts for the originally slated install. David, Daniel and Andrew arrived and were efficient and exacting in the execution of all tasks and more than willing to answer any and all questions. Job turned out great and price was more than competitive. Great Crew, great work ethic, great result.

Recently moved into a new house and the previous owners didn't take care of the backyard. Dead plants and mostly dirt is what it looked like. Dave came in and gave me a quote for sod installation as well as irrigation. Him and his team showed up bright and early on the first day and wasted no time in starting the work. The first day they must have spent about 12 hours with minimal breaks, I've never seen such good and hard workers! By the end of the second day (another 12+ hours) I had a gorgeous new back lawn with irrigation. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and all the neighbours can't stop talking about how nice my backyard is now. Dave not only has the best price in the area he for sure does the best work and only uses top quality products. On top of that, he stopped in 3 weeks after the work was done just to double check that everything looked good. I would highly recommend TVL to anybody looking for sod and/or irrigation as they are definitely the best.

I was skeptical in investing in resodding our backyard but was thrilled with the work David provided. He was even helpful with providing suggestions in what we could do in our front yard during his site visit.Our project was moved up, which was a nice surprise.We are counting down the days until we can use our new grass area.

Right from the beginning emails I sent to Dave, I had excellent customer service. He responded very quickly and with much detail. I definitely did NOT receive this level of professionalism from any of the other 5 or 6 companies I also contacted for quotes.Dave and his team communicated with us very well during the entire process of sodding our front and back lawns. The work was completed thoroughly and quickly. We think they did a GREAT job and will go above and beyond for their customers, as they did for us.Overall, a very professional, excellent company to work with.

I got in touch with David from TVL very early in the year to see if he could get our Etobicoke lawn resodded before an event we were holding the first weekend in May.... He promised it could be done, and indeed - they delivered (despite the extended winter)!!! The lawn looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. We are very happy with our new lawn and the service provided. Dave responded to emails in a timely manner. Everything from topsoil delivery to sod delivery to pick up of dumpster was organized and done efficiently. Matt and his assistant crew member, (name unknown sorry) worked hard and diligently. Excellent clean up. I didn't get other quotes as I felt the reviews posted online and the pricing were good and fair. Thanks to Terra Verde , we have a beautiful lawn to enjoy.
