Had my Rocket R58 machine repaired at ECM. Great service starting with Courtney at the reception, to Peter listening to me explaining the issues and of course Andrew, the technician who performed the work, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the progress and explained what is being done. Top quality work, you can really tell when the person is knowledgable and passionate about their job.Recommending for all your espresso needs.

I was looking to buy a machine and grinder for home use and Andy their tech was there to answer all my questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the machines and answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the right equipment for what I needed. I ended up getting both from him and I love my Bezzera and Eureka!

I had great service from ECM in Vancouver so did not hesitate to bring my espresso machine to ECM Calgary. They did a great job on the repair and I purchased a grinder as well.
