Access Storage - 1125 Parisien Street
Our current need for a storage unit has come to an end, but should we require a unit again in the future Access Storage will be our first stop. The units have always been clean and we have never had any issues with rodents or bugs. The staff are great and always willing to help as much as they can. We have rented at 2 locations in Ottawa over the years and the staff at both places were wonderful.

Access Storage - 1125 Parisien Street
Friendly and accommodating staff. The unit was clean and the climate control kept my belongings in great condition. The exterior access made moving in and out a breeze because there were no long hallways to haul my stuff down. I also felt that my belongings were safe and secure due to the gated entry, heavy duty locking mechanism on the unit, and numerous security cameras on site. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent service experience with the attendant Luana. Very friendly and helpful. Storage accommodations are perfect and according to our needs. A reservation is hassle free and efficient. Thank you very much.

First off, calling into customer support to reserve a unit was very easy and quick. The lady we spoke with on the phone was super nice and easy to work with. When we arrived at the storage unit we met Luana (I believe that was her name) and she was super helpful. Extremely polite and nice. Gave me a map of the entire place showing me where my unit was. Explained everything very clearly and had no problems at all. I had an extremely positive experience here and would recommend this storage facility to all my family and friends!

They are really great, I recommand them if you need a storage, they even accomodate me as I needed a last minimum upgrade for the storage (I was moving out of Montreal and had more furnitures that I expected) and they gave me a new one without charging an additionnal fee and it's really close to where I live now like less than 10 minutes drive. Thank you really much again Luana and Access Storage !! 5 star service !

It was my first time visiting a storage unit and I have to say that I'm impressed with the quality of the service offered in this unit. Everything is well organized, well explained, clean, and easy to deal with. I met Luana, who explained everything I needed to know and was super friendly and polite. She was really willing to help and answered all my questions. It was such a good experience that I decided to write this review!
