The service at Capri is absolutely amazing. From the counter staff to management, I've never met a more caring group of individuals. I had a mix up with my coverage in the past, and Terry, the manager, was quick to make sure I was well looked after. Capri is a company that has your back, puts it's customers first, and employs an exceptional group of people. I can't say enough great things about my experience here. I used to think it didn't matter where I renewed my car insurance, but now I know first hand that there is a huge difference, and I'll never go anywhere else.

Good Customer service is going down day by day. I went there this friday at 5.30pm for renew my insurance. The guy who was doing my insurance had really hard time to hear me because 3 employees were really busy to talking with each other very very loudly on their person life and i cant hear him. It was totally frustrated. They need to focus on customer satisfaction.

I came in this morning as soon as they opened, and I was helped by Jim Kelly with my home insurance, I was in desperate need of home insurance and very last minute as well. Jim proceeded to work tirelessly for 3 straight hours to get everything in order for me & my fiance, and I must admit he did an incredible job, this being one of the best displays of customer service I've ever witnessed. We were in a very tricky situation and he made it all happen. Couldn't recommend Jim and the team at this branch enough. Thanks for everything! Jim, you are the real deal.

I currently have contents insurance from another company( a certain Canadian bank) and they do not communicate at all. Been with them for years.But now they will not answer their phones and put you on hold for hours. With Capri they answer the phones and communicate effectively.Very nice to deal with and the premiums are cheaper. So I am switching.

Have been using Capri Insurance for several years. Always nice interaction with them. I did not enjoy the recent interaction with the upper management rushing the agent to go for lunch (happened twice in five minutes) while I was reinstating my insurance. I had questions and I felt the agent was being rushed to answer my questions.
