Wonderful staff, very helpful. Will explained my father’s leg prosthetic and answered all questions. The office staff was lovely. I recommend PBO Group - Barrie.

The care, and service my daughter received from PBO was always gentle, cheerful, and professional. Appointments were on time, and carried out in a timely manner without feeling rushed either. Product was well made and well fitted.

The place was extremely clean!! Staff is very respectful and always helped me when my cast wasn’t right!! Everyone there is amazing! I’m over the moon with my experience there, I most definitely recommend!

The team (Dr. Klassen, Alison, Clayton & Will) at Barrie PBO were excellent. They guided me through the process of getting the preliminary prostheses for my left foot and then eventually the definitive one. I especially want to thank Will and Clayton, who were more than helpful, always there to answer questions and spend as much time with me as I needed. Any time there were adjustments to the fit to be made Will was always able to get me booked in right away, and he took the time to ensure that everything was fitting properly. I highly recommend them.

I switched to PBO Barrie in 2021. I was having problems with my above knee prosthetic socket so wanted to try someone new. I'm glad I took a chance on PBO Barrie (I've been an amp since 1985 so I can be particular). Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and will do their best to work around your schedule. I deal with Will for my prosthetic and he is amazing!Sometimes as an amp, trying to describe something that isn't quite right to someone who is NOT an amp, can be challenging & very frustrating. Will listens, asks questions so he understands, and will work with you until things are right.If you want a truly caring place for prosthetics & anything else they deal with, call & make an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

Very professional. Tai was fabulous. She didn't just cast my feet for orthotics. She examined them and explained what she found. Also when I picked up, she was great. Made sure everything was right. She had to adjust one. No problem. This was the first time I didnt feel akward wearing them. It was like was walking on a cloud. Thank you so ,so much!!

PBO Barrie has supported me for most of my life. The last few years I’ve required a couple of prosthetic leg changes and adjustments which has kept my limb pain free and enabled me to continue to live an active lifestyle.PBO Barrie makes me feel comfortable every time I walk in the door. First time to this location. I usually get the braces for my son in Newmarket. They had no problem fixing a piece on them so we didn’t have to drive down to Newmarket. Amazing service, super friendly and welcoming. Booked an appointment for my son. We will be using this location for his needs from now on!!
