I ordered some decals off their store and I was surprised with the quality, it’s very good stuff and for the reflection is super bright which I like. The only thing is I did have to wait over a month for my package but I don’t think it was the guys at Reflx faults. They responded to emails very quickly and were able to send out another sticker kit since the original one never came.Overall everything is really good and if you’re looking into getting decals/ sticker kits get it from here.

I messed up placing one of my stickers on my bike and I contacted them and they sent me a new one. Very nice to communicate and responded less than a day. Reflx the goat

I order a shirt paid with PayPal the money came out of my account and I’ve heard nothing from you. I don’t have an order confirmation I only have a receipt from PayPal. I emailed with no response. There is no other way to reach your company. Very disappointed. I honestly don’t t want to go to my bank to dispute the charges because my son really wants the shirt.

Orderd a Big Flyer Kit for my nephews bike for his Birthday. We got them pretty fast. He cleaned his bike and went to putting them on. Had a problem with 1 of the stickers and i emailed them and they got back to me in like 15 mins, I was surprised it was that fast. They sent me a new sticker and it went on with no pronlems. I recomend them for anyone looking for products that they sell.

Placed order 3 weeks ago and the only thing I have received is a confirmation from PayPal for my payment. I emailed twice with no response. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Cant even tell you if their products or any good since I haven’t received my stickers almost a month after purchasing.

Only reason service is not 5 stars is one of my sticker kits were off with the measurements. But they had a fast response to help fix it and offered to send me a new kits (I made adjustments to the kit that came with my bike so they didnt have to) I always get compliments for my kit for my collective bikes.

I had ordered a tshirt with custom wording+ a sticker kit for my bike, both came in exactly how I wanted them. Very good quality stickers and service was great as I received a picture of the stickers before they came in.
