This studio has such a wicked design! The hot yoga room is so cozy and the spin room welcomes you with a hallway with a fun disco vibe. I'm not usually one for motivational quotes" but the ones in this studio are so fun and engaging and make me want to work as hard as possible. The staff and teachers are always extremely friendly and remember who you are quickly and always welcome you back. Thanks

I'm usually not a big fan of Hot Yoga, but I decided to join a friend for a Sunday class. It was with Mike Tran and I was pleasantly surprised about it all! It was well paced, no pressure to go further than anyone had to, nothing that would result in injury (I'm a physio so I'm fairly critical of these things) and the focus was on strength rather than speed. Would recommend the Flow class to anyone who wants a challenging yoga flow!

I’m one of the Crowfoot studio strays that was left without a place to spin and 6 months left on my annual pass that was so generously welcomed by the HotShop community. Steph Yan was one of my favourite instructors from Crowfoot who recommended HotShop to me and I’m so thankful for that. All of the classes I’ve taken so far have been amazing, and I’m so appreciative of the HS team! Alex has been so responsive transferring over passes and helping setup the app and our accounts, so I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much!!

Went to website to find out when I could catch a class. Found it hard to navigate. The many pictures of jumping happy people kept switching, which was a bit jarring. Wasn't sure where University NW" Was. Is that the same as the one in Varsity at Shaganappi Village shopping center? After 30 seconds

Would highly recommend this hot yoga studio. Instructors are great, facilities are clean, and parking is not an issue.

This was recommended by a colleague. I like it a lot. Grace who helped me check in, showed me around and helped me set up my bike, was friendly and accommodating. The instructor, Kira (I think her name was), had good energy in spinning. She also answered my questions after class. I think the combination classes (spin&yoga) they offer is perfect! My only wish is that they'll have a branch near Sage Hill soon. I'll definitely come and attend classes here again. In fact, I already convince a group of ladies to workout with me next month.

Amazing hot yoga studio! Prior to going to HotShop I had some less inviting experiences at other local studios. The desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The instructors are fantastic and the variety of yoga classes can't be beat. Would recommend for anyone who has been nervous or reluctant to try yoga in a group setting. The newbie" month intro pass is a fantastic way to see if you like it at a low initial cost."

Highly recommend Hot Shop. They have an amazing intro deal. $45 for the first month unlimited classes and includes rentals!! Their instructors are great and super helpful. You’ll really feel it afterwords! They also offer a variety of classes and they have 3 locations? I also love the face their bikes have the shoe to peddle attachment. Nice change rooms as well.

This place is my happy place! I joined for one month back in January and just felt like I was excited to officially workout for the first time in my life. I have always struggled in the gym, but this brought my happiness to another level. The people who work at hot shop ALWAYS have a smile on their face and are extremely welcoming... I finally belong to a spin committee and I have zero regrets! You can never put a price to happiness, so sign up now! You will never regret that decision.
