Went in to transfer all of my pictures from one phone to another Jessie was fantastic. He spent over two hours with me in between customers to make sure I didn’t lose any of them. Service was the best. Thank you Jessie.

The employees here are GREAT! Today I drop to fix some issue with my phone and Bell account, the agent in training, senior agent and even the store manager spent over 2 hours helping with my problem. And with the help of store manager I even get a discount on my current plan, again, GREAT EXPERIENCE here today!

The employees at this bell location were able to correct my issue within two minutes (if that) when the online chat service for bell said it wasn’t possible. Besides that they are all awesome people.

Karan was extremely friendly and helpful. His sharp eyes found a tiny crack on the phone I was getting and saved me from a possible problem.

Karan is the one who helped me and it was one of the best and fastest experiences I have ever had with bell, he is very fast and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him!

I had a great experience! After a major mistake by a local reseller Sahill (I think that's how you spell it) was able to not only get the issue resolved but EXCEEDED what I wanted. I have never had a bad experience in this store. When you walk into the mall make sure to turn LEFT into bell because it's the RIGHT store.

I went in to buy myself an iPhone for my birthday and alter my plan. Alyssa was an extremely efficient and friendly representative who assisted me with all of my needs and then some. She had made the process absolutely seamless and quick, all while being informative so I could make the best choice. I got home and proudly showed my partner my new phone to which he stated he had actually bought me an iPhone for Christmas. After weighing out my options of instant gratification vs a free phone, I decided to go back to Bell and return the phone I had owned for all of two hours. Upon arriving to the store I sheepishly walked in nervous about having to explain myself and feel like I wasted their time, especially as this was a busy black Friday weekend. However, I ended up with such a warm welcome back and the customer service was unchanged from the stellar experience I had earlier that day.Jesse and Alyssa made me feel very comfortable with the abrupt return and even made me laugh about the whole situation. The customer service I received was above and beyond and everyone was so friendly. I am so appreciative of the amazing customer service and support!

KARAN from bell in Thunder Bay at the mall is by far the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He was not only very helpful, but very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He went above and beyond for us when we had the pleasure of dealing with him. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Thank you Karan and good luck on your future endeavours with Bell :)
