MUST TRY! The best authentic Thai food i’ve ever had in Calgary. They don’t have so many food choices but the food is top notch! The portions are decent, and the price is reasonable. We ordered Spicy Thai sausage and it was delicious!The mango sticky rice was perfect. They do more desserts options on their FB page. The owner is friendly and nice. Overall, it’s a hidden gem in the city as it’s a new restaurant. I highly recommended to everyone who love authentic Thai food or just want to give it a try. We’ll definitely come back again to try another food.

Tried Thai Siam for lunch. They opened up 5 months ago and a friend and I wanted to give this place a try. The food here is very flavorful, and because I'm not the biggest spicy eater I had to get the dishes on the milder side of spice level. Wasn't busy when we went, so talked to the server a little about recommended dishes. My favorite dishes were the skewers and the pork jowl, super juicy and tons of flavor. Perfect with a side of rice. Would definitely come back and try more dishes.

Best Thai food I tried in Calgary. As someone who used to live in Southeast Asia, it was hard for me to find Thai food with the same standards and quality else where. But Thai Siam definitely changed my mind.Everything was just PERFECT!Beef Penang Curry with coconut rice:This dish was heaven in my mouth. The balance of the spices and the richness of the sauce is exactly what you’re looking for in this dish. And the coconut rice was the perfect combination with it.Papaya salad:I enjoyed every single bite of it. So fresh and not over powering.Shrimp Pad Thai:It was really good. The thing is I am not a big fan of Pad Thai, and that’s on me. Yet it was the best one I had so far. It is worth mentioning that my sister LOVED it, so don’t be discouraged from ordering it.The owner was kind enough to add a free appetiser to our table.Thai-style chicken skewers:This is thus far the best chicken skewers I have ever had. The chicken is so soft and tender. And the sauce that comes with it is amazing!!!Now let’s talking portions:It is huge! One dish can easily feed 2 people, possibly 3 (depending on who’s going with you lol).Service:The service we received was amazing. The owner is very hospitable, friendly and makes great recommendations.Highly recommended and definitely going back.Thank you so much for this experience!

Amazing Thai flavors! Loved the curry both Penang and Green. Green papaya salad is light starter with a ton of heat packed in it. Staff went above and beyond to make all the food vegetarian and vegan. We enjoyed the mango and ginger drinks too. Highly recommend their mango sticky rice - mango was super fresh and ripe.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Chicken satay was my favourite, the peanut sauce for it was the best. Even medium spicy was quite spicy.Service was genuine.

MUST TRY!I’m from Cambodia but growing up eating a lot of Thai food too, I can say this is one of the best Thai restaurants in Calgary with the authentic taste. Everything was so good and the restaurant’s owner is so friendly too.

It's official! Thai Siam is THE best Thai restaurant in town, in our opinion. The dishes are so flavourful and authentic. The cashew shrimp noodle salad literally brought tears to her eyes! My wife and I LOVED everything we had and we can't wait to return for more. The owner and chef were so kind to give us a beautiful mango sticky rice for dessert that was too pretty to eat! They coulda poured coco milk straight from the can but I'm sure they tweaked it to make it a tad salty, which made it so appetizing with the fresh Mango flower!

I grew up in Bangkok and have refused to eat Thai food in Calgary since I moved here in 2017. I've been disappointed time and time again and so when my wife dragged me to Thai Siam, I went in with low expectations...that they then proceeded to exceed with ease! Every dish we ordered was really good, tasted fresh, authentic, and really tasty. They've only been open 6 months and I know they're doing well because they're already expanding! Wild! Finally had the opportunity to try this wonderful gem! Everything we ordered was very good and flavourful! The owner is extremely welcoming and immediately rectified a small mix up with the order. Highly recommend and will definitely return to try other menu items!
