Brought my HP active pen that came with the laptop there for service. The HP certified tech, Chris, provided me an outstanding service! definitely made my life easier. Also like his sense of humor, which made my experience even better.Thank you Chris, you deserve a 5 stars.

Had really bad experience in this store. Went to this store to print out photos at the photo centre last month. We got receipt that shows the photos would be ready to pickup at 3:45pm. So we decided to hang around in mall waiting for 1hour and came back at 4:10pm. When we showed the receipt to one sale association, she just told us that our photos had not been printed and then quickly turned away going inside office without any explanation or communication. We even said that a photo frame on hold there and want to pay for it. She didn't reply any. I felt very disrespected. Her attitude really upset me.

If you are looking to get passport photos done, try somewhere else. We went back 3 separate times to correct issues by staff not trained. We couldn’t even check our digital files until they wouldn’t allow them to be submitted online. We were issued a refund, although not for our digital files, after we printed off our own but apparently there is only a guarantee for Canadian passports so they don’t guarantee any other passport photos. We requested European sizes and were given Canadian and American sizes with different background colors and obviously wrong sizing. The photos also didn’t pass the requirements with measurements. Was told it was a service issue so they don’t honor their full guarantee with retakes and a gift card with the refund. I would say if London drugs should therefore offer no guarantee as we are going to them for proper sizing once we have requested the country. If they take the wrong photos and the computer program says the photo is rejected then I would assume that the photo doesn’t pass the requirements set out in the computer program. I also assume the service is not part of the guarantee as the clerk is obviously not trained.Clerks also said ultimate responsibility is for the customer to check. I agree, but when we asked the first clerk who took the pictures about the rejected photos, they said it would be fine. If we are to check their work, then they should provide the measuring devices and the requirements so we can ensure we check their work. Yes, ultimate responsibility is on the customer but if we go back because we don’t think the photo is right then they shouldn’t offer any service in the first place. What a complete waste of time and money. It makes you wonder if this is how the company deals with their staff and has no training whatsoever.

Eric is so disappointing. He doesn't want to take a passport photo of the baby. I asked for taking baby's passport photo then he said come back when he is not there and when other colleges are there around in 10mins. I went back in 10mins and he seemed so upset for coming back. He brought the camera then the baby was a bit lean to the right side and he was complaining about that. Of course the baby doesn't know anything and she will be moving. If you don't want to take baby's photo, put the sign on the counter that WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING BABY'S PASSPORT PHOTOS.""

My favourite London Drugs location because shelves are always stocked well and organized. Great selection of products with accurate price tags. Lots of good in stores promotions too. I’ve always had great customer service here too. Good job London Drugs Coquitlam Centre staff!

Had an amazing shopping experience at this LD location. Joe W., at the cosmetic department was a huge help! She was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to give her assistance when i needed it. She helped me pick the perfect cologne, Thanks Joe! I will definitely be returning to this clean and friendly location.

The rudest pharmacy I've ever had to deal with in my life. Not only does this place have no internet reception, the pharmacist there is extremely rude and condescending to autistic people. Me being one of them. I had to take an important prescription for quatiapine, only for this one girl to rudely say get out of here, we recieved no prescription from you, when I specifically had a doctor refer me there because I needed an emergency prescription. Worst service. Go to superstore instead.

If you are looking to get passport photos please go somewhere else. We were trying to get the photos for our son but they rejected the photos because of a glow on it.The staff is not trained as it should to do this kind of service. Very bad experience.

The location in Burnaby on Kingsway is the most annoying place to attempt to park. Bring a credit card for parking because that's all the lot accepts and because of this I can't say I'm impressed. There are really no other places to park the lot shares with the labs and Dr. offices, lawyers, etc etc. in the towers and (the smaller businesses I'd like to use at London Drugs as well as the drug store itself) make it impossible to pull in here. Also there is recent construction and chaos is added to the very limited 5 parking spots on the street. One day a meter maid actually scolded me on the street parking because I wasn't close enough to the curb. If I was a business suffering with a parking lot such as this Is move my business because it's killing it. The place needs to restructure their parking.

Positive first: Quality of prints are excellent as always.Improvement needed: Pick up of order is by the pickup slip, the email or text notification for pickup, or if you would like to provide customer service, having the customer read you the order number. Photo ID is required to verify identity if no order number is available and phone number is provided to match the phone number on the order.If that has changed, it's better standard proactive for staff to explain briefly than to insist that the full London Drugs photo lab order number that was assigned and matches the order I was picking up actually has multiple orders under that EXACT number.
