Dr. Armstrong has been my ND for several years. She has really helped me with different health issues including hormone management with HRT, which helped debilitating PTSD symptoms. She has also worked with my family members to facilitate food sensitivity screening/testing and interpretation, which provided vital information unique to each family member.Dr. Armstrong is professional, skilled in her field, straight forward and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended her to several people over the years, especially women struggling with symptoms of hormone imbalance.
